Abstract
The preparation and testing of PCC type microfine characteristics with blaine 500 m2/kg and blaine 600 m2/kg have been done. The purpose of this research is to obtain the cement microfine type PCC with different blaine then analyze the influence of blaine variation to mortar compressive strength value and cement bond time value. In this study the manufacture and testing of cement based on SNI 2049 2015. Microfine cement made duplo with composition 4000 g clinker, 200 g gypsum, 200 g lime stone and 600 g of pozzolan milled for 40 minutes blaine 500 m2/kg and 55 minutes blaine 600 m2/kg was then tested sieving a 45 μm sieve and cement was taken close to the target blaine value of each blaine. A 3-day, 7-day and 28-day compressive test showed that the cement press strength value will increase in each soaking and also increase from blaine 500 m2/kg to blaine 600 m2/kg. Testing of cement bond time shows that the time value of PCC type microfine binding on blaine 600 m2/kg is faster than blaine 500 m2/kg. The PSD test showed that the average microfine cement has a size of ≥25 μm. The XRF test showed the percentage of C3S, C2S, C3A and C3AF mineral cement microfine PCC type on each blaine according to the effect of components on compressive strength, bond time and cement color.
