Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul analisis dampak Pandemi Covid-19 terhadap pendapatan usaha kecil (studi pada usaha kuliner di Kota Jambi). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik social dan ekonomi pedagang usaha kecil kuliner di Kota Jambi dan menganalisis evaluasi presepsi pedagang usaha kecil kuliner terhadap variable yang diteliti di Kota Jambi dan mengetahui perbedaan pendapatan usaha kecil kuliner semasa dan setelah Pandemi Covid-19 serta untuk menentukan beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi pendapatan usaha kecil kuliner di Kota Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dan primer. Metode analisis yang digunakan menggunakan analisis uji beda t statistic dan analisis regresi linier berganda Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan analisis uji beda menunjukan terdapat perbedaan pendapatan semasa dan setelah Pandemi Covid-19 yang diperoleh pelaku pedagang usaha kecil kuliner yang menunjukan bahwa dengan rata-rata semasa Pandemi Covid-19. Sedangkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukan bahwa variable volume penjualan, kunjungan konsumen, penjualan online, dan etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan. Namun pada variable kebijakan pemerintah berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap pendapatan usaha kecil kuliner di Kota Jambi. Kata Kunci: Volume Penjualan, Kunjungan Konsumen, Penjualan Online, Kebijakan Pemerintah, Etos Kerja dan Pendapatan. This study is entitled analysis of the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on small business income (study on culinary business in Jambi city). The purpose of this study was to determine the social and economic characteristics of culinary small business traders in Jambi city and analyze the evaluation of culinary small business traders ' perceptions of the variables studied in Jambi city and determine the differences in culinary small business income during and after the Covid-19 pandemic and to determine several factors that affect culinary small business income in Jambi city. The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis method with secondary and primary data. The method of analysis used using statistical T difference test analysis and multiple linear regression analysis Based on the results of research with different test analyzes, there are differences in income during and after the Covid-19 pandemic obtained by culinary small business traders which shows that on average during the Covid-19 pandemic. While the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the variable sales volume, customer visits, online sales, and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on revenue. However, the government policy variables have a positive but not significant effect on the income of small culinary businesses in the city of Jambi.
