Abstract

This thesis aims to find out the settlement of the crime of murder, which occurred in the Palembang district court, decision number: 2057/Pid.B/2018/PN.Plg. In Indonesia, crime is generally regulated in the second book of the Criminal Code (KUHP), one form of which is murder. In the Criminal Code, murder is classified as a crime against life whose regulation is specifically regulated in Chapter XIX of the Criminal Code which consists of 13 articles, namely Articles 338 to 350.Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyelesaian tindak pidana pembunuhan, yang terjadi di pengadilan negeri Palembang, putusan nomor : 2057/Pid.B/2018/PN.Plg. Di Indonesia kejahatan secara umum diatur dalam buku kedua Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP), salah satu bentuknya adalah pembunuhan. Dalam KUHP pembunuhan tergolong sebagai kejahatan terhadap nyawa yang pengaturannya secara khusus diatur dalam Bab XIX KUHP yang terdiri dari 13 pasal yakni Pasal 338 sampai dengan Pasal 350.
