Abstract
Abstrak Kedelai merupakan tanaman polong-polongan yang dibudidayakan di Indonesia sebagai bahan baku industri pangan dan dikonsumsi dalam bentuk olahan seperti tahu dan tempe, namun produksi nasional kedelai sampai saat ini belum bisa mengimbangi kebutuhan dimasyarakat. Masalah yang dihadapi dalam peningkatan produksi kedelai adalah budidaya kedelai yang lebih mengutamakan input tinggi seperti penggunaan pupuk anorganik. Alternatif solusi untuk menghadapi masalah tersebut adalah dengan pemberian pupuk organik. Salah satunya yaitu pupuk kandang ayam yang dikombinasikan dengan legin sebagai bakteri inokulasi rhizobium. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Teaching and Research Farm, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jambi pada bulan september-desember 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) terhadap beberapa dosis pupuk kandang ayam dan legin yang terdiri dari 8 perlakuan yaitu : p1 = legin 0 g kg-1 benih + pupuk kandang ayam 0 ton ha-1, p2 = legin 0 g kg-1 benih + pupuk kandang ayam 5 ton ha-1, p3 = legin 0 g kg-1 benih + pupuk kandang ayam 10 ton ha-1, p4 = legin 0 g kg-1 benih + pupuk kandang ayam 15 ton ha-1, p5 = legin 10 g kg-1 benih + pupuk kandang ayam 0 ton ha-1, p6 = legin 10 g kg-1 benih + pupuk kandang ayam 5 ton ha-1, p7 = legin 10 g kg-1 benih + pupuk kandang ayam 10 ton ha-1, p8 = legin 10 g kg-1 benih + pupuk kandang ayam 15 ton ha-1. Penelitian ini diulang sebanyak 4 kali sehingga didapat 32 petak percobaan. Variabel yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, umur berbunga, jumlah cabang primer, jumlah bintil akar, jumlah polong pertanaman, jumlah polong berisi pertanaman, bobot biji pertanaman, dan bobot 100 biji pertanaman. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam (Annova) dan apabila terdapat pengaruh nyata di uji lanjut dengan uji DMRT 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kombinasi pupuk kandang ayam dan inokulasi rhizobium mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai. Perlakuan kombinasi legin 10 g kg-1 benih + 15 ton kg-1 memberikan respon pertumbuhan dan hasil lebih baik dibandingkan perlakuan kombinasi lainnya. Tetapi belum mampu memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil nyata terhadap umur berbunga dan bobot 100 biji pertanaman kedelai. Abstrak Soybean is a leguminous plant that is cultivated in Indonesia as a raw material for the food industry and is consumed in processed forms such as tofu and tempeh, but so far national soybean production has not been able to keep up with the needs of the community. The problem faced in increasing soybean production is soybean cultivation which prioritizes high inputs such as the use of inorganic fertilizers. An alternative solution to this problem is to apply organic fertilizers. One of them is chicken manure combined with legin as rhizobium inoculation bacteria. This research was carried out at the Teaching and Research Farm, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Jambi, in September-December 2022. This study used a randomized block design (RBD) on several doses of chicken manure and legin consisting of 8 treatments, namely : p1 = legin 0 g kg-1 seed + chicken manure 0 ton ha-1, p2 = legin 0 g kg-1 seed + chicken manure 5 ton ha-1, p3 = legin 0 g kg-1 seed + manure chicken 10 ton ha-1, p4 = legin 0 g kg-1 seed + chicken manure 15 ton ha-1, p5 = legin 10 g kg-1 seed + chicken manure 0 ton ha-1, p6 = legin 10 g kg-1 seed + chicken manure 5 tons ha-1, p7 = legin 10 g kg-1 seed + chicken manure 10 tons ha-1, p8 = legin 10 g kg-1 seed + chicken manure 15 tons ha- 1. This research was repeated 4 times so that 32 experimental plots were obtained. The variables observed were plant height, flowering age, number of primary branches, number of root nodules, number of pods planted, number of pods filled with plants, weight of seeds planted, and weight of 100 seeds planted. Research data were analyzed using analysis of variance (Annova) and if there was a significant effect it was further tested with a 5% DMRT test. The results showed that the administration of a combination of chicken manure and rhizobium inoculation had an effect on the growth and yield of soybean plants. The combination treatment of legin 10 g kg-1 seed + 15 tons kg-1 gave better growth and yield response than other combination treatments. However, it has not been able to provide real growth and yield on the age of flowering and the weight of 100 soybean seeds planted.
