Abstract

Beragamnya penelitian pembuatan bioplastik berbasis limbah tanaman dengan berbagai komponen bahan penyusunnya sudah banyak dilakukan. Studi sistematic literatur review dan analisis korelasi pearson perlu dilakukan guna menginterpretasikan beberapa temuan sebelumnya dengan mengkaji korelasi antara jenis serta konsentrasi bahan penyusun terhadap karakteristik bioplastik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara jenis serta konsentrasi biopolimer limbah, plasticizer, dan filler terhadap karakteristik bioplastik berbasis limbah tanaman. Data sekunder yang digunakan berasal dari penelusuran publikasi ilmiah dan dianalisis korelasinya menggunakan software statistika SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis dan konsentrasi biopolimer limbah, plasticizer, serta filler memiliki hubungan yang berbeda terhadap karakteristik bioplastik yang dihasilkan. Kekuatan hubungannya dari yang lemah hingga kuat tergantung pada hasil nilai koefisien korelasi yang didapatkan. Jenis biopolimer limbah memiliki korelasi yang kuat terhadap daya serap air dan jenis filler memiliki korelasi yang kuat-kuat sekali terhadap modulus young dan ketebalan. Sementara itu, konsentrasi plasticizer memiliki korelasi yang kuat terhadap modulus young dan konsentrasi filler memiliki korelasi yang kuat terhadap daya serap air (p<0,05). Many studies have been carried out on the manufacture of plant waste-based bioplastics with various components of the constituent materials. Systematic studies of literature review and Pearson correlation analysis need to be carried out in order to interpret some of the previous findings by examining the correlation between the types and concentrations of constituent materials on the characteristics of bioplastics. This study aims to determine the relationship between the type and concentration of waste biopolymers, plasticizers, and fillers on the characteristics of plant waste-based bioplastics. The secondary data used came from searching scientific publications and the correlation was analyzed using statistical software SPSS 24. The results showed that the type and concentration of waste biopolymer, plasticizer, and filler had a different relationship to the characteristics of the bioplastics produced. The strength of the relationship from weak to strong depends on the results of the correlation coefficient values obtained. The type of waste biopolymer has a strong correlation to water absorption and the type of filler has a very strong correlation to Young's modulus and thickness. Meanwhile, plasticizer concentration had a strong correlation with Young's modulus and filler concentration had a strong correlation with water absorption (p<0.05).
