Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Tingginya Angka Kematian Ibu salah satunya disebabkan oleh kejadian anemia dalam kehamilan. Data Dinas Kesehatan Kota Padang tahun 2021 diketahui bahwa kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil tertinggi pada Puskesmas Bungus yaitu 36%. Anemia akan berdampak pada kesehatan ibu dan mengganggu tumbuh kembang anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui determinan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bungus Kota Padang Tahun 2021. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain observasional analitik melalui pendekatan cross sectional. Populasinya yaitu seluruh ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bungus. Teknik sampel menggunakan proportional simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 67 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunkan uji Chi-Square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara umur ibu (p=0,046) dengan kejadian anemia dan tidak ada hubungan antara kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet Fe (p=0,053), pendidikan ibu (p=0,591), paritas (p=0,119) serta Konsumsi Pangan (p=0,172). Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara umur ibu dan kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet Fe dengan kejadian anemia dan tidak ada hubungan antara paritas, pendidikan dan konsumsi pangan. Ibu hamil diharapkan lebih memperhatikan kebutuhan gizinya selama hamil dan bagi petugas kesehatan Puskesmas Bungus untuk terus melakukan penyuluhan guna meningkatkan kesadaran ibu tentang anemia dalam kehamilan. Kata kunci: Anemia, ibu hamil ABSTRACT Background: The high of maternal mortality rate is caused by the incidence of anemia during pregnancy. Data from the Padang City Health Office for 2021 show that the highest incidence of anemia in pregnant women is at the Bungus Health Center, namely 36%. Anemia will have an impact on the health of the mother and interfere with the growth and development of the child. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinants of the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the working area of the Bungus Public Health Center, Padang City in 2021. Methods: This research is quantitative study with an analytic observational design through a cross sectional approach. The population is all pregnant women in the working area of the Bungus Health Center. The sample technique used proportional simple random sampling with a total sample of 67 people. Data collection used a questionnaire and data analysis used the Chi-Square test. Results: The results showed that there was a relationship between mother's age (p=0.046) and the incidence of anemia and there was no relationship between adherence to taking Fe tablets (p=0.053), mother's education (p=0.591), parity (p=0.119) and food consumption (p=0.172). Conclusion: The Significant relationship between maternal age and adherence to consuming Fe tablets with the incidence of anemia and there is no relationship between parity, education and food consumption. Pregnant women are expected to pay more attention to their nutritional needs during pregnancy and for health workers at the Bungus Health Center to continue to conduct counseling to increase mother's awareness about anemia in pregnancy.
