Abstract

The Covid 2020 Pandemic period first appeared in Jambi Province in February 2020. The Raden Mattaher General Hospital, which is a Referral Hospital in Jambi Province, was also appointed as a Referral Hospital for Covid patients in Jambi Province. The Raden Mattaher Hospital must maintain the effectiveness of its services during the pandemic amid the panic of all humans on this earth. From this description, the author tries to research it by raising it in the thesis with the aim of seeing how effective the service at Raden Mattaher Hospital is during the covid pandemic and the new normal in 2020-2021 and what efforts are being made to increase the effectiveness of the service itself. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research analysis, namely research that describes the problems that are happening. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants consisted of Raden Mattaher Hospital staff and patients and their families. The data that has been obtained will be analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form. The results of the study show that Raden Mattaher Hospital continues to strive to create effective services for all patients even during the Covid-19 pandemic.
