Abstract
This study aims to identify work from home and work life balance in influencing job satisfaction to improve employee performance at the Bibit startup. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data analyzed was obtained through a questionnaire given to 65 respondents, then in will be using software partial least square (PLS). There are four stages of analysis carried out, namely outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis conducted, it was found that there is a positive and significant relationship between work from home on jon satisfaction with a significant value of 0,049, work life balance on job satisfaction with a significant value of 0,000, work from home on employee performance with a significant value of 0,007, work life balance on performance employees with a significant value of 0,032, and significant is also found in job satisfaction on employee performance with a significant value of 0,000. The results of this study indicate that the Bibit startup can carry out an understanding regarding work from home and work life balance for balancing time in mobility, so as to increase job satisfaction and employee performance.
