Abstract

ABSTRAK Srilestari, Anggun. 2023. Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Penyaluran Dana Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Di Kecamatan Danau Sipin Kota Jambi. Skripsi, Pendidikan Ekonomi, FKIP Universitas Jambi. Pembimbing: (I) Prof. Dr. Drs. H. H. Khairinal, Dpt. Ba., M.Si. (II) Drs. H. Arpizal, M.Pd. Dalam sistem informasi akuntansi penyaluran dana program keluarga harapan (PKH) diharapkan dapat diterapkan sebagaimana mestinya. Salah satu penyaluran dana bantuan sosial program keluarga harapan (PKH) dapat tepat sasaran yaitu dengan menerapkan sistem informasi akuntansi sebagaimana mestinya. Perlunya sistem informasi akuntansi penyaluran dana sistem non tunai/tunai untuk melihat mekanisme pelaksana program keluarga harapan (PPKH). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan cara wawancara kepada informan Keluarga penerima manfaat (KPM), Rt, Koordinator PKH Kota Jambi, dan Pendamping PKH Kecamatan Danau Sipin, serta data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen atau peraturan-peraturan yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Untuk mengukur apakah efektif atau tidak dilihat dari 3 indikator yaitu akurat, tepat waktu, dan relevan. Berdasarkan analisis dan hasil penelitian dilapangan disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi penyaluran dana PKH kecamatan danau sipin kota jambi sudah diterapkan dan berjalan efektif sesuai peraturan kewewenangan kemensos dan pedoman umum PKH. Saran yang dapat diberikan kepada pemerintah Kota Jambi dalam hal ini Dinas sosial Kota jambi dan program PKH untuk kedepannya perlu selalu melakukan evaluasi dalam implemetasi SIA pkh dalam artian segala hal yang dinilai tidak efektif perlu ditindaklanjuti seperti proses SIA, pendampingan, sosialisasi, dan edukasi KPM. In the accounting information system for the distribution of the Family Hope Program (PKH) funds, it is hoped that it can be applied properly. One of the distribution of social assistance funds for the Family Hope Program (PKH) can be right on target, namely by implementing an appropriate accounting information system. The need for an accounting information system for the distribution of non-cash/cash system funds to see the mechanism for implementing the Family Hope Program (PPKH). This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques of this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The research data was obtained by interviewing beneficiary family informants (KPM), households, PKH Coordinators in Jambi City, and PKH Facilitators in Danau Sipin District, as well as secondary data obtained from documents or regulations related to the problem under study. To measure whether it is effective or not, it can be seen from 3 indicators, namely accurate, timely and relevant. Based on the analysis and results of field research, it was concluded that the accounting information system for the distribution of PKH funds, Danau Sipin sub-district, Jambi City, had been implemented and was running effectively according to the Ministry of Social Authority regulations and PKH general guidelines. Suggestions that can be given to the Jambi City government, in this case the Jambi City Social Service and the PKH program in the future, need to always evaluate the implementation of the PKH SIA in the sense that everything that is considered ineffective needs to be followed up, such as the SIA process, mentoring, outreach, and KPM education.
