Abstract

Latar Belakang : Hipertensi merupakah salah satu masalah kesehatan yang penting. Banyak faktor yang menjadi penyebab hipertensi baik faktor sosiodemografi, perilaku, fisik dan riwayat penyakit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proporsi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada wanita usia subur (15-49 tahun) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sungai Tering Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur Tahun 2022. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional, dilakukan wawancara terhadap 120 responden dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Variabel dependen adalah kejadian hipertensi, sedangkan variabel independen adalah umur, riwayat keluarga, obesitas, aktivitas fisik, konsumsi makanan laut, dan kontrasepsi hormonal. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan melakukan wawancara, pengukuran tekanan darah, pengukuran berat badan dan tinggi badan. Analisis yang digunakanakan adalah uji chi-square. Hasil : Proporsi hipertensi pada wanita usia subur sebesar 43,35%. Terdapat hubungan antara faktor umur (PR= 2,549, 95% CI: 1,334-4,871), riwayat keluarga (PR= 3,792, 95% CI: 2,268-6,341), obesitas (PR=1,857, 95% CI: 1,253-2,752), aktivitas fisik (PR= 2,260, 95% CI: 1,561-3,271), dan konsumsi makanan laut (PR= 2,160, 95% CI: 1,463-3,189) dengan kejadian hipertensi. Tidak ada hubungan antara kontrasepsi hormonal (PR= 0,931, 95% CI: 0,498-1,743) dengan kejadian hipertensi. Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan antara umur, riwayat keluarga, obesitas, aktifitas fisik, dan konsumsi makanan laut dengan kejadian hipertensi, serta tidak terdapat hubungan kontrasepsi hormonal dengan kejadian hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sungai Tering. Data collection used a questionnaire by conducting interviews, measuring blood pressure, measuring body weight and height. The analysis used is the chi-square test. Results : The proportion of hypertension in women of reproduvtive age is 43.35%. There is a relationship between age (PR = 2.549, 95% CI: 1.334-4.871), family history (PR = 3.792, 95% CI: 2.268-6.341), obesity (PR = 1.857, 95% CI: 1.253-2.752), physical activity (PR = 2.260, 95% CI: 1.561-3.271), and consumption of seafood (PR = 2.160, 95% CI: 1.463-3.189) with hypertension. There is no relationship between hormonal contraception (PR = 0.931, 95% CI: 0.498-1.743) and the incidence of hypertension. Conclusion : There is a relationship between age, family history, obesity, physical activity, and consumption seafood with the incidence of hypertension, and there is no relationship between hormonal contraception with the incidence of hypertension in the working area of the Sungai Tering Health Center.
