Abstract

This study attempts to identify the factors associated with work tiredness among employees at one of Jambi City's oil and gas enterprises. This cross-sectional study investigated the link between workload, sleep quality, and job tiredness. This investigation was conducted at a Jambi City oil and gas firm. The research analysis utilized the chi-square test on a sample of 111 individuals. The sample was selected in accordance with preset criteria. According to the findings of this study, there is a correlation between workload and work weariness (p = 0.000), but there is no correlation between sleep quality and work fatigue (p = 0.325), and there is a correlation between workload and sleep quality (p = 0.015). It can be concluded from this research that the workload factor has a significant relationship with job fatigue.
