Abstract

Pemanfaatan BIS kurang efektif jika ditambahkan secara langsung pada ransum broiler karena kandungan serat kasar pada BIS termasuk cukup tinggi. Kandungan serat kasar yang tinggi didalam ransum broiler akan menurunkan kecernaan zat makanan yang mengakibatkan bobot karkas ayam broiler menjadi rendah. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukannya pra perlakuan terhadap ransum yang mengandung serat kasar yang tinggi yaitu dengan pengolahan secara hidrolisis dengan enzim selulase dan enzim mannanase. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ransum berbasis bungkil inti sawit yang di hidrolisis menggunakan enzim selulase dan mannanase terhadap bobot karkas pada ayam broiler. Penelitian ini menggunakan 200 ekor DOC produksi oleh PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk, yang dipelihara selama 35 hari di Kandang Percobaan Ternak Unggas Laboratorium Budidaya Ternak Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan yaitu P0 = ransum basal tanpa penambahan enzim selulase dan enzim mannanase, P1 = ransum basal + 50 mL enzim selulase/Kg ransum + 50 mL enzim mannanase/Kg ransum, P2 = ransum basal + 100 mL enzim selulase/Kg ransum + 50 mL enzim mannanase/Kg ransum, P3 = ransum basal + 50 mL enzim selulase/Kg ransum + 100 mL enzim mannanase/Kg ransum, P4 = ransum basal + 100 mL enzim selulase/Kg ransum + 100 mL enzim mannanase/Kg ransum. Peubah yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumsi ransum, bobot potong, bobot karkas mutlak, dan bobot karkas relatif. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA), jika berpengaruh nyata maka dilanjutkan dengan uji duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ransum berbasis bungkil inti sawit yang di hidrolisis menggunakan enzim selulase dan mannanase berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap konsumsi ransum, bobot potong dan bobot karkas mutlak tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap bobot karkas relatif. Disimpulkan bahwa taraf 50 mL/Kg enzim selulase dan 100 mL/Kg enzim mannanase menunjukkan peningkatan bobot karkas ayam broiler. Utilization of BIS is less effective when added directly to broiler rations because the crude fiber content in BIS is quite high. High crude fiber content in broiler rations will reduce the digestibility of nutrients which results in low broiler carcass weight. Therefore it is necessary to pre-treat rations containing high crude fiber by hydrolyzing them with cellulase enzymes and mannanase enzymes. This study aims to determine the effect of hydrolyzed palm kernel meal-based rations using cellulase and mannanase enzymes on carcass weight in broiler chickens. This study used 200 DOCs produced by PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk, which was reared for 35 days in the Poultry Trial Cage of the Animal Cultivation Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Jambi University. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications, namely P0 = basal ration without the addition of cellulase enzymes and mannanase enzymes, P1 = basal ration + 50 mL cellulase enzyme/Kg ration + 50 mL mannanase enzyme/Kg ration, P2 = basal ration + 100 mL cellulase enzyme/Kg ration + 50 mL mannanase enzyme/Kg ration, P3 = basal ration + 50 mL cellulase enzyme/Kg ration + 100 mL mannanase enzyme/Kg ration, P4 = basal ration + 100 mL cellulase enzyme /Kg ration + 100 mL mannanase enzyme/Kg ration. The variables observed in this study were ration consumption, slaughter weight, absolute carcass weight, and relative carcass weight. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), if it had a significant effect then it was continued with the Duncan test. The results showed that the administration of rations based on hydrolyzed palm kernel meal using cellulase and mannanase enzymes had a significant effect (P<0.05) on ration consumption, slaughter weight and absolute carcass weight but had no significant effect (P>0.05) on body weight. relative carcass. It was concluded that the levels of 50 mL/Kg of cellulase enzymes and 100 mL/Kg of mannanase enzymes showed an increase in broiler carcass weight.
