Abstract
ABSTRAK Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu unsur penting dalam pemerintahan. Sumber daya manusia adalah manusia dapat berfikir untuk mencapai sesuatu yang diinginkan dalam pekerjaannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasi, lingkungan kerja non-fisik, Kesesuaian Pekerjaan Karyawan terhadap komitmen organisasi Pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Jambi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Jambi sebanyak 64 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling dimana pengambilan total populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Dalam hal ini, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 64 responden. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan untuk statistik inferensi adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Berdasarkan dari hasil statistik keadilan organisasi berpengaruh signfikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Dinas Perhubungan di Provinsi Jambi Berdasarkan dari hasil statistik lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh signfikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Dinas Perhubungan di Provinsi Jambi. Berdasarkan dari hasil statistik kesesuian pekerjaan berpengaruh signfikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Dinas Perhubungan di Provinsi Jambi. Berdasarkan dari hasil statistik keadilan organisasi, lingkungan kerja non fisik dan kesesuaian pekerjaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Dinas Perhubungan di Provinsi Jambi. Kata Kunci: Keadilan Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Kesesuaian Pekerjaan, Komitmen Organisasi ABSTRACT Human resources are one of the important elements in government. Human resources are humans who can think to achieve something they want in their work. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational justice, non-physical work environment, employee job suitability on the organizational commitment of Jambi Province Transportation Service Employees. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were 64 Civil Servants at the Jambi Province Transportation Service. The total sampling technique in which the total population is used as the research sample. In this case, the sample in this study were 64 respondents. In this study, the method used for statistical inference is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that based on statistical results, organizational justice had a significant effect on organizational commitment at the Department of Transportation in Jambi Province. Based on statistical results, the non-physical work environment had a significant effect on organizational commitment at the Department of Transportation in Jambi Province. Based on the statistical results, job suitability has a significant effect on organizational commitment at the Department of Transportation in Jambi Province. Based on the statistical results of organizational justice, the non-physical work environment and job suitability together have a significant effect on organizational commitment at the Department of Transportation in Jambi Province.
