Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Antenatal Care (ANC) Terpadu merupakan upaya pelayanan yang komperehensif bagi ibu hamil dalam deteksi dini komplikasi kehamilan yang cakupan kunjungannya memiliki tujuan agar ibu hamil dapat memiliki pengalaman positif dalam menjalani kehamilan dan persalinan. Pemerintah menghadirkan program JKN bagi ibu hamil dengan tujuan agar meringankan biaya dalam mendapatkan pelayanaan, sehingga dapat menurunkan AKI. Kota Jambi sendiri masih terdapat beberapa Puskesmas yang belum memenuhi target cakupan kunjungan ANC Terpadu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui determinan kunjungan ANC terpadu pada peserta program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional di Puskesmas Kota Jambi tahun 2023. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan desain Cross Sectional. Data diperoleh dari sampel 103 responden ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kota Jambi, variabel penelitian terdiri dari pengetahuan, pendidikan, pekerjaan, pendapatan, dukungan suami dan dukungan petugas kesehatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Hasil : Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-square didapatkan faktor yang berhubungan dengan kunjungan ANC terpadu adalah pengetahuan (0,006), pekerjaan (0,001), pendapatan (0,01), dukungan suami (0,001), dukungan tenaga kesehatan (0,000). Tidak terdapat hubungan Pendidikan (0,47). Kesimpulan : Variabel yang berhubungan dengan kunjungan ANC terpadu adalah pengetahuan, pekerjaan, pendapatan, dukungan suami, dan dukungan petugas kesehatan, sedangkan yang tidak adalah Pendidikan. Oleh sebab itu, Puskesmas, instansi dan tenaga kesehatan perlu meningkatkan pelayanan ANC kepada ibu hamil dengan dilakukannya program-program tentang pentingnya pemeriksaan ANC Terpadu serta menyebarkan informasi melalui program tersebut. ABSTRACT Background: Integrated Antenatal Care (ANC) is a comprehensive service effort for pregnant women in the early detection of complications of pregnancy whose scope of visits has the aim that pregnant women can have a positive experience in undergoing pregnancy and childbirth. The government presents the JKN program for pregnant women with the aim of reducing costs in obtaining services, so as to reduce MMR. In Jambi City, there are still several health centers that have not met the target of the coverage of Integrated ANC visits. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinants of integrated ANC visits to participants in the National Health Insurance program at the Jambi City Health Center in 2023. Methods: This study used a quantitative research type with a descriptive approach and a cross sectional design. The data were obtained from a sample of 103 pregnant women respondents at the Jambi City Health Center, the research variables consisted of knowledge, education, employment, income, husband's support and support from health workers. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. Results: Bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test found that factors related to integrated ANC visits were knowledge (0.006), occupation (0.001), income (0.01), husband's support (0.001), health worker support (0.000). There is no educational relationship (0.47). Conclusion: Variables related to integrated ANC visits were knowledge, occupation, income, husband's support, and support from health workers, while those that were not were Education. Therefore, health centers, agencies and health workers need to improve ANC services for pregnant women by carrying out programs on the importance of Integrated ANC examinations and disseminating information through the program.
