Abstract

The Purpose of this researh was to investigate the effect of auxin on root formation and the growth of duku cuttings. The experiment was conducted in two trials. In the first trial the duku cutting was treated with IAA (0, 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1250, and 1500 ppm), and in the second trial the duku cutting was treated with IBA (0, 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1250, and 1500 ppm). The experimental design used for both trials was completly randomized design with four replication each. The result of showed that the effect of plant growth regulator IAA and IBA did not significantly affect rooting and shoot growth of duku cuttings.
