Abstract

Analisi Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi Petani Padi Di Kecamatan Jambi Luar Kota Kabupaten Muaro Jambi Analysis of Socio-Economic Condition of Rice Farmers in Kecamatan Jambi Outside of Muaro Jambi Regency Bona Ripo;Junaidi;Jaya Kusuma Edy Ekonomi Pembangunan FEB, Universitas Jambi; Email:bona.ripo@yahoo.co.id Abstract This study aims to determine the socio-economic conditions rice farmers in the District of Jambi Out of Town Muaro Jambi Regency, other than that another purpose is to know the amount of revenue and costs of paddy farming in Kecamatan Jambi Out of Town District Muaro Jambi and factors affecting the income of rice farmers in Kecamatan Jambi Out Kota Muaro Jambi District . This study uses primary and secondary data. While the method of data analysis that is used is descriptive analysis and tabulation obtained from the primary data that has been in if and used to obtain socio-economic characteristics of rice farmers in the District Jambi Outside District Muaro Jambi. While data analysis method used to know what factors influence the income of paddy farmer in Sub-district of Jambi Luar Kota Muaro Jambi Regency is by using doubled linear regression. Based on the results of multiple linear regression calculation then test the hypothesis simultaneously used the test F. And the results of data that has been done with df (71: 6) then obtained Fhitung 114.336 and Ftable of 2.344 with 95% confidence level (= 0.05). This means that Fcount is greater than Ftable thus the hypothesis has been done that H0 rejected and Ha accepted. From the above description can be concluded that with the level of confidence 95% (0.05) simultaneously independent variables in this age, education level, the number of family dependents, working hours, production, cost and price together have a significant influence on farmer income .
