Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengetahuan Keuangan Dan Teman Sebaya Terhadap Manajemen Keuangan Pribadi Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2019-2020 Universitas Jambi baik secara parsial maupun simultan.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode Ex-Post Facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terbatas pada mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi 2019-2020 dengan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 118 mahasiswa menggunakan teknik proportionate strarified random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup melalui google form. Pengujian data menggunakan analisis deskripsi data, uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis.Hasil uji penelitian ini menunjukkkan secara signifikan Pengetahuan Keuangan (X1) terhadap Manajamen Keuangan Pribadi (Y) Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2019-2020 Univeristas Jambi. Hal tersebut dibuktikan melalui uji t, terlihat bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel yakni 8.851>1,658. Selanjutnya, terdapat pengaruh secara signifkan teman sebaya (X2) terhadap manajamen keuangan pribadi (Y) mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2019-2020 Universitas Jambi. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan melalui uji t, terlihat nilai thitung > ttabel yakni 6,428>1,658. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan X1) dan teman sebaya (X2) terhadap manajamen keuangan pribadi (Y) mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2019-2020 Universitas Jambi. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil uji F nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yakni 57,494>3,1. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,491. Kata kunci: Pengetahuan Keuangan, Teman Sebaya, Manajemen Keuangan Pribadi, This study aims to determine the effect of financial knowledge and peers on personal financial management of economic education students in the 2019-2020 batch of Jambi University both partially and simultaneously. This research is a descriptive quantitative study with the Ex-Post Facto method. The population in this study was limited to 2019-2020 economic education students with a sampling of 118 students using proportionate strarified random sampling technique. Data collection using a closed questionnaire via google form. Data testing uses data description analysis, prerequisite tests and hypothesis testing. The results of this research test show that Financial Knowledge (X1) significantly affects Personal Financial Management (Y) of Economic Education Studentsin the 2019-2020 batch of Jambi University. This is evidenced by the t test, it can be seen that the tcount> ttable value is 8.851> 1.658. Furthermore, there is a significant influence of peers (X2) on personal financial management (Y) of economic education students in the 2019-2020 batch of Jambi University. This can be proven through the t test, it can be seen that the tcount> ttable value is 6.428> 1.658. Simultaneously there is an influence of financial knowledge X1) and peers (X2) on personal financial management (Y) of the 2019-2020 class of economic education students at Jambi University. This can be seen from the results of the F test, the value of Fcount> Ftabel, namely 57.494> 3.1. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.491.
