Abstract

PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI KANTOR KEJAKSAAN TINGGI PROVINSI JAMBI Oleh: Ibrani Holomoan E Sianturi1), Edward2), Sry Rosita3) 1)Mahasiswa Universitas Jambi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Jurusan Manajemen SDM, 2)Dosen Pembimbing Skripsi I, 3)Dosen Pembimbing Skripsi II. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the image of organizational culture and employee performance in the Office of the High Prosecutor of Jambi Province and the influence of organizational culture on employee performance in the High Prosecutor's Office of Jambi Province. The data was collected through questionnaires distributed and carried out to 57 employees of Jambi Provincial Prosecutor Office. The aspects studied are 7 characteristics of organizational culture ie Innovation and risk taking, Attention to detail, Orientation of results, Individual orientation, Team Orientation, Aggressiveness and Stability, as well as performance aspects including Work Outcomes, Work Knowledge, Initiatives, Mental Approaches, Attitudes, and Discipline of time and Attendance. Data collection was done by questionnaire to be analyzed by using statistical analysis such as: Validity test and Reliability test, Simple Linear Regeresi analysis, Hypothesis Test Statistic t and Determination Coefficient test with SPSS 17.00 assistance. From this research obtained the result that the organizational culture variable is strong, then the result of high employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture and employee performance. Researchers suggest that the dimensions of individual orientation and the dimensions of the work to be improved, and for the already high dimensions can be maintained and further enhanced. Researchers expect the results of this study can continue to be developed and used as a reference for future research. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Employee Performance
