Abstract

Latar Belakang: Keluhan Low Back Pain (LBP) sangat memengaruhi produktivitas dunia kerja di Indonesia dengan prevalensi sebesar 18%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keluhan Low Back Pain (LBP) pada Pegawai PT Angkasa Pura II Bandar Udara Sultan Thaha Jambi Tahun 2022. Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan Cross Sectional. Populasinya adalah seluruh Pegawai PT Angkasa Pura II Bandar Udara Sultan Thaha Jambi sebanyak 123 pegawai dengan sampel 70 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Proportionate Stratified Sampling dan analisis untuk melihat hubungan menggunakan Uji Chi-Square. Hasil: Hasil uji statistik menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan antara status gizi (p=0,054), lama kerja (p=0,018), dan sikap kerja (p=0,045), dengan keluhan Low Back Pain (LBP). Kemudian, tidak ada hubungan antara usia (p=0,298), jenis kelamin (p=0,298), kebiasaan merokok (p=1,000), masa kerja (p=0,506), dan stres kerja (p=0,107 dan 0,309) dengan keluhan Low Back Pain (LBP). Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan dengan variabel status gizi, lama kerja, dan sikap kerja, sedangkan tidak ada hubungan dengan variabel usia, jenis kelamin, kebiasaan merokok, masa kerja, dan stres kerja. PT Angkasa Pura II Bandar Udara Sultan Thaha Jambi diharapkan memberikan sosialisasi terkait sikap kerja ergonomi dan status gizi kerja, serta mengevaluasi kebijakan waktu kerja para pegawai. This study aims to determine the factors related to Low Back Pain (LBP) complaints among PT Angkasa Pura II employees at Sultan Thaha Jambi Airport, Jambi in 2022. The population is all employees of PT Angkasa Pura II at Sultan Thaha Jambi Airport, totaling 123 employees with a minimum sample of 70 respondents. Methods of data collection using Proportionate Stratified Sampling and analysis to see the relationship using the Chi-Square Test. Results: The statistical test results stated that there was a relationship between nutritional status (p=0.054), length of work (p=0.018), and work attitude (p=0.045), with complaints of Low Back Pain (LBP). Then, there was no relationship between age (p=0.298), gender (p=0.298), smoking habits (p=1.000), years of service (p=0.506), and work stress (p=0.107 and 0,309) with complaints of Low Back Pain. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the variables of nutritional status, length of work, and work attitude, while there is no relationship with the variables of age, gender, smoking habits, years of service, and work stress. PT Angkasa Pura II Jambi Sultan Thaha Airport is expected to provide socialization related to ergonomic work attitudes and work nutritional status, as well as evaluate employee working time policies.
