Abstract
Background ꞉ Maternal and neonatal tetanus infection is one of the causes of high MMR and IMR worldwide for diseases that can be prevented by immunization, with 800,000-1,000,000 people dying each year. Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 12 of 2017 provides for TT immunization for WUS and catin in an effort to reduce MMR and IMR caused by tetanus infection. The lowest TT immunization achievement in the province of South Sumatra was in the city of Lubuklinggau with a percentage of 0%. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with catin Tetanus Toxoid (TT) immunization status in the working area of KUA Lubuklinggau Timur I. Methods ꞉ This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. The data in this study used primary and secondary data. Samples were taken by total sampling technique totaling 64 catins. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate analysis using Fisher's test. Results ꞉ Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there was a relationship between all independent variables and the dependent variable (TT immunization status). Where is knowledge (p-value 0.005, attitude (p-value 0.043), the role of KUA officers (p-value 0.005) and partner support (p-value 0.011) Conclusion & Suggestion ꞉ Catin's knowledge is in the less category, catin's attitude is in the negative category, the role of KUA officers is in the less category and partner support is in the unsupportive category. It is recommended that the bride and groom always increase their knowledge about basic TT immunization and reproductive health, and for the KUA to really make TT immunization a requirement for administering marriage registration.
