Abstract
The Kampus Mengajar Program is part of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Policy, which aims to provide solutions for schools affected by the pandemic by empowering students who live around the school area to assist teachers and principals in carrying out learning activities. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the implementation of the Kampus Mengajar Program in English education study programs and its relation to the pre-assignment of the Kampus Mengajar Program, the initial assignment activities, the assignment and reporting activities, and the end of the assignment in target schools. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative, with data collection in the form of interviews. The results of the study explain that the implementation of the Kampus Mengajar Program in English education study programs is in accordance with the objectives of the Kampus Mengajar Program.
