Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kelompok Tani Guyub Dusun Catur Karya Desa Pondok Meja Kecamatan Mestong Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 ekor ternak kambing Peranakan Etawah yang sedang laktasi dengan bobot 55±5.57 kg. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam Rancangan Bujur Sangkar Latin (BSL) 5 x 5 yakni 5 perlakuan dan 5 periode. Pakan perlakuan yang diberikan yakni sebagai berikut Soy bean meal (SBM)-Tanin Kondensasi (TK)0= pakan basal + 0 g SBM-TK, SBM-TK25= pakan basal + 25 g SBM-TK, SBM-TK50= pakan basal + 50 g SBM-TK, SBM-TK75= pakan basal + 75 g, SBM-TK100= pakan basal + 100 g SBM-TK. Peubah yang diamati terdiri dari kadar lemak, protein, solid non fat (SNF) dan berat jenis susu. Analisis ragam dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh perlakuan dan perbedaan pengaruh perlakuan diuji menggunakan uji jarak Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan suplementasi SBM terproteksi TK tidak nyata (P>0.05) berpengaruh terhadap kandungan lemak, protein, SNF dan BJ namun suplementasi SBM terproteksi TK nyata (P<0.05) berpengaruh terhadap kandungan konsitituen protein dan SNF. This research was carried out in the Guyub Farmers Group, Catur Karya Hamlet, Pondok Meja Village, Mestong District, Muaro Jambi Regency. This study used 5 Etawah Peranakan goats that were lactating with a weight of 55±5.57 kg. The research was carried out in the Latin Square Design (BSL) 5 x 5 which is 5 treatments and 5 periods. The treatment feed given is as follows Soy bean meal (SBM)-Tanin Condensation (TK)0= basal feed + 0 g SBM-TK, SBM-TK25= basal feed + 25 g SBM-TK, SBM-TK50= basal feed + 50 g SBM-TK, SBM- The observed variables consist of fat, protein, solid non fat (SNF) and specific gravity of milk. Variety analysis was carried out to see the effect of the treatment and the difference in the effect of the treatment was tested using the Duncan distance test. The results showed that the treatment of TK protected SBM supplementation was not real (P>0.05) affected the fat, protein, SNF and BJ content but real TK protected SBM supplementation (P<0.05) affected the content of protein and SNF consistency.
