Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja Saham Pada Industri Konstruksi. Fokus pada penelitian ini yaitu 21 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode Januari 2022- Desember 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan satu metode yaitu perhitungan Treynor, dengan perhitungan untuk mengetahui Return yang diperoleh, Resiko yang dihadapi dan bagaimana kinerja Saham dari perusahaan Industri Konstruksi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dari 21 perusahaan Industri Konstruksi yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) hanya ada 9 perusahaan yang memiliki nilai positif dari penggunaan metode Perhitungan Treynor, dan 12 perusahaan Industri Konstruksi yang memiliki nilai negatif. Kinerja Saham Pada Industri Konstruksi selama periode Januari 2022- Desember 2022 menggunakan indeks Treynor (RVOL) dengan perolehan nilai positif. Peringkat pertama yaitu SSIA (Surya Semesta International Tbk) sebesar 4,4896, peringkat kedua oleh perusahaan PTPP (PP Persero Tbk) sebesar 0,4190, dan peringkat ke ketiga oleh perusahaan FIMP (Fimperkasa Utama Tbk) sebesar 0,4162. Hasil tersebut mungkin banyak mempengaruhi kinerja yang terjadi di perusahaan, dikarenakan masalah pendemi covid-19 yang sedang belum mencapai babak akhir. Kata Kunci : Kinerja Saham, Perhitungan Treynor, Investasi, Saham ABSTRACT This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the performance of shares in the construction industry. The focus of this study is 21 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period January 2022- December 2022. This study uses one method, namely the Treynor calculation, with calculations to find out the returns obtained, the risks faced and how the shares of construction industry companies perform. The results of this study are that of the 21 Construction Industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), only 9 companies have a positive value from using the Treynor Calculation method, and 12 Construction Industry companies have a negative value. The performance of shares in the construction industry during the period January 2022- December 2022 uses the Treynor index (RVOL) with a positive score. The first place is SSIA (Surya Semesta International Tbk) with 4.4896, the second place is PTPP (PP Persero Tbk) with 0.4190, and the third place is FIMP (Fimperkasa Utama Tbk) with 0.4162. These results may greatly affect the company's performance, due to the Covid-19 pandemic which has not yet reached its final stage.
