Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe anxiety and what factors hinder the completion of the final project. Using data triangulation methods, namely observation, questionnaire, and interview methods to collect data that will answer the objectives of the study. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive for qualitative data and miles and huberman analysis for qualitative data. The results of this study showed that the anxiety category of Jambi University Biology Education students was "moderate" which was an interpretation of the average score of 33.43. Based on the year of birth of 2000, female gender, class of 2016 has the highest interpretation of category anxiety scores, the inhibiting factors in completing the final project are in line with the level of student anxiety, where the less optimal the supporting factors, the higher the level of student anxiety, and vice versa the more optimal the supporting factors, the lower the level of student anxiety.
