Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh pengetahuan, inovasi, dan budaya melalui adopsi e-commerce terhadap kinerja UMKM di Provinsi Jambi, populasi adalah UMKM, dengan besaran sampel sebanyak 402 orang. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriftif kuantitatif menggunakan Smart PLS 3.0. Untuk kepentingan analisis, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji outer model melalui uji validitas dan reabilitas. Selanjutnya melakukan inner model melalui R-square dan F-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi dan budaya berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja UMKM melalui adopsi e-commerce. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa faktor inovasi dan budaya sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM melalui adopsi e-commerce. Referensi dari penelitian ini, UMKM di Provinsi Jambi perlu melakukan inovasi di bidang teknologi melalui penggunaan aplikasi e-commerce agar kinerja meningkat, baik inovasi pada produk, pemasaran, dan keuangan, serta mempertahankan budaya kewirausahaan dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi dan menghadapi revolusi industri 5.0. Kata Kunci : Kinerja UMKM, Pengetahuan, Inovasi, Budaya, Adopsi E-Commerce Abstract This study aims to explain the influence of knowledge, innovation, and culture through e-commerce adoption on the performance of MSMEs in Jambi Province, the population is MSMEs, with a sample size of 402 people. The research approach uses a quantitative descriptive approach using Smart PLS 3.0. For the sake of analysis, the outer model is tested first through validity and reliability tests. Next do the inner model through R-square and F-Square. The results of the study show that innovation and culture have a positive effect on MSME performance through e-commerce adoption. This explains that innovation and cultural factors greatly influence the performance of MSMEs through e-commerce adoption. As a reference from this study, MSMEs in Jambi Province need to innovate in the field of technology through the use of e-commerce applications so that their performance increases, both product innovation, marketing and finance, and maintain an entrepreneurial culture in dealing with technological developments and facing the industrial revolution 5.0.
