Abstract
ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Kekurangan Energi Kronis pada ibu hamil masih menjadi salah satu masalah gizi pada saat ini. Upaya untuk mengatasinya adalah dengan Pemberian Makanan Tambahan yang bertujuan untuk mencukupi kebutuhan gizi ibu selama kehamilan. Berdasarkan data Riskesdas tahun 2018 proporsi PMT diterima ibu hamil sebanyak 25,2%, berbanding terbalik dengan ibu hamil yang tidak menerima PMT sebesar 74,8%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi program pemberian makanan tambahan pada ibu hamil kekurangan energi kronis di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kapau. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian eksplanatori. Data diperoleh dari 9 informan dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam, observasi serta telaah dokumen yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Kapau pada bulan Oktober 2022 – Juni 2023 dengan analisis data menggunakan software OpenCode. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator input bugian Sumber Daya Manusia ditemukan bahwa tidak adanya pelatihan kepada pemegang program, lalu sarana dan prasarana ditemukan gudang belum mencukupi, dan bagian material belum menggunakan PMT berbasis pangan lokal. Pada indikator proses masih ditemukan bahwa perencanaan kedatangan PMT dari pusat tidak menentu, dari segi pengawasan ditemukan ibu hamil yang tidak terpantau petugas, dan banyak ibu hamil yang tidak menghabiskan PMT yang diterimanya. Kesimpulan : Aspek input yang masih belum sesuai dengan petunjuk dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, serta material sehingga menyebabkan terganggunya proses dalam melaksanakan program PMT ibu hamil KEK. ABSTRACT Background: Chronic Energy Deficiency in pregnant women is still a nutritional problem at this time. Efforts to overcome this is by providing additional food which aims to meet the nutritional needs of the mother during pregnancy. Based on Riskesdas data for 2018, the proportion of PMT received by pregnant women was 25.2%, in contrast to pregnant women who did not receive PMT at 74.8%. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the supplementary feeding program for chronic energy deficient pregnant women in the Kapau Community Health Center Work Area. Methods: This study used a qualitative research method with an explanatory research design. Data were obtained from 9 informants by conducting in-depth interviews, observation and document review which were carried out at the Kapau Health Center in October 2022 - June 2023 with data analysis using the OpenCode software. Results: The results of this study indicate that the input indicator for Human Resources improvement was found that there was no training for program holders, then the facilities and infrastructure were found to be inadequate warehouses, and the material section had not used PMT based on local food. In the process indicators, it was found that planning for the arrival of PMT from the center was uncertain, in terms of supervision it was found that pregnant women were not monitored by officers, and many pregnant women did not spend the PMT they received. Conclusion: The input aspects that are still not in accordance with the guidelines in this study are human resources, facilities and infrastructure, and materials that cause disruptions in the process of implementing the PMT program for pregnant women with KEK.
