Abstract

ABSTRAK Pra penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dilapangan terkait permasalahan yang akan diungkap dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mendapat informasi dari guru bk dan melihat langsung saat siswa berinteraksi dengan temannya disekolah melakukan komunikasi berupa memanggil lawan bicaranya dengan sebutan yang tidak layak didengar, seperti memanggil dengan nama sebutan nama hewan, nama orang tua, dan sebutan lain yang menyakiti, hal ini dibenarkan oleh guru bk yang sering menangani kasus perkelahian pada siswa yang disebabkan karena tersinggung dengan ucapan lawan bicaranya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat pengaruh lingkungan sosial di sekolah terhadap gaya komunikasi siswa di SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey, Mengacu pada kriteria sampel, maka jumlah sampel adalah 80 orang siswa, setelah diketahui jumlah sampel Berdasarkan hasil analisis data koefisien untuk variabel lingkungan sosial (X) sebesar 0.795 atau dapat dinyatakan sebagai persamaan linier Y = 22.038 + 6,6980 X. jika nilai t hitung > t tabel, maka tolak Ho artinya signifikan dan jika nilai t hitung < t tabel. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat lingkungan sosial di SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi dengan persentase 86,31% pada kualitas tinggi, Tingkat gaya komunikasi siswa di SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi dengan persentase 86,53% pada kualitas tinggi, dan terdapat pengaruh lingkungan sosial disekolah terhadap gaya komunikasi siswa di SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi. Abstract Pre-research conducted by researchers in the field related to the problems that will be uncovered in this study, researchers get information from the counseling teacher and see directly when students interact with their friends at school to communicate in the form of calling their interlocutors with names that are not worth hearing, such as calling names. animals, parents' names, and other names that hurt, this is justified by the BK teacher who often handles cases of fights between students who are caused by being offended by the words of their interlocutors. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the social environment has on the communication style of students at SMA Negeri 11 Jambi City. The type of research used is quantitative research with a survey approach. Referring to the sample criteria, the number of samples is 80 students. After knowing the number of samples, based on the results of data analysis, the coefficient for the social environment variable (X) is 0.795 or can be expressed as a linear equation Y = 22.038 + 6.6980 X. If the value of t count > t table, then reject Ho means it is significant and if the value of t count <t table. The conclusions in this study are the level of social environment in SMA Negeri 11 Jambi City with a percentage of 86.31% in high quality, the level of student communication style in SMA Negeri 11 Jambi City with a percentage of 86.53% in high quality, and there is influence of the social environment at school on the communication style of students at SMA Negeri 11 Jambi City.
