Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Convenience, Benefits, Availability of Features on the Use of Mobile Banking Services with Trust as a Mediation Variable. The object of this study is a student of Strata-1 Study Program Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Jambi University. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample in the researcher was 284 respondents with the determination of the number of samples based on the formula of Isaac & Michael. The analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis techniques and SEM-PLS which are run using the SmartPLS 3 application. The results of this study show that benefits, feature availability, trust have a significant effect on the use of mobile banking services while convenience does not have a significant effect on the use of mobile banking services. Trust has a significant effect as a mediating variable between the convenience, benefits and availability of features on the use of mobile banking services.
