Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kombinasi terbaik antara pemberian berbagai biourine dan pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.). Perlakuan yang dicobakan adalah biourine kelinci + NPK 60 g, biourine kelinci + NPK 90 g, biourine kelinci + NPK 120 g, biourine sapi + NPK 60 g, biourine sapi + NPK 90 g dan biourine sapi + NPK 120 g sehingga terdapat 6 kombinasi perlakuan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 4 kali ulangan sehingga didapatkan 24 satuan percobaan. Setiap plot percobaan terdiri dari 20 tanaman sehingga jumlah seluruh tanaman yaitu 480 tanaman. Setiap plot percobaan diambil 3 tanaman yang dijadikan sampel. Variabel yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang daun, lebar daun dan bobot segar per tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian berbagai biourine dan pupuk NPK belum mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang daun dan lebar daun tanaman pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.). Pemberian biourine kelinci 25 mL L-1 + pupuk NPK 60 g mampu meningkatkan bobot segar tanaman pakcoy Brassica rapa L.) This study aims to determine the best combination between administration various biourine and NPK fertilizers on the growth of pakcoy plants (Brassica rapa L.). The treatment tried was rabbit biourine + NPK 60 g, rabbit biourine + 90 g NPK, rabbit biourine + 120 g NPK, cow biourine + NPK 60 g, cow biourine + NPK 90 g and beef biourine + NPK 120 g so There are 6 treatment combinations. This research was conducted using Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 4 replications to get 24 experimental unit. Each experimental plot consists of 20 plants so that the total the whole plant is 480 plants. Each experimental plot was taken 3 plants which was sampled. The variables observed were plant height, number leaves, leaf length, leaf width and fresh weight per plant. Research result shows that the application of various biourine and NPK fertilizers has not been able to increase the growth of plant height, number of leaves, leaf length and width pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) leaves. Giving rabbit biourine 25 mL L-1 + 60 g of NPK fertilizer was able to increase the fresh weight of pakcoy plants(Brassica rapa L.)
