Abstract

Rambe, Arifutra Wahyudin. 2023. Determinans of UTAUT Model on Learning Management System for EFL Students of Universitas Jambi: A Structural Equation Model. A Thesis, English Education Study Program. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Jambi. First Supervisor is Tubagus Zam Zam Al Arif, S.Pd, M.Pd. The second Supervisor is Dr. Reli Handayani, S S, M.Pd Keywords: UTAUT Model, LMS, SmartPLS 3, PLS-SEM This study aimed to know whether there is significant influence of UTAUT model to the acceptance of LMS for EFL students universitas jambi. A quantitative approach with survey was applied in this study, which involved 270 English as foreign language (EFL) students, FKIP, universitas Jambi. The instrument used in collecting the data was a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by using structural equation modeling – partial least square (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 3 program. PLS-SEM was used to analyse the proposed hypotheses developed in fulfilling the study objectives. The SEM results supported the entire main constructs of UTAUT proposed in hypotheses. Base on analysis the data, the outer model and inner model value of variables and indicators meet the minimum recommended suggested. Also, the hypothesis testing meets the minimum recommended suggested. According to the research results, the main determinants of UTAUT model that significant influence to the acceptance of LMS are; Performance expectancy, Effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition Influencing to behavioral intention and use behavior
