Abstract

This correlational research aimed to examining students reading habits, reading motivation and reading comprehension in the English Education Program at Universitas Islam Indragiri. The SEM-PLS analysis from the SMART-PLS program version 3.29 were used to analyze the research data. Based on P-value (0.000), the correlation between reading habits, and reading motivation toward reading comprehension had significant correlation, and the path coefficient model was Z= +4.269 + 3. Based on the model, it is stated that there was positive correlation between reading habits and reading comprehension and also reading motivation to reading comprehension in learning English.
