Abstract

Latar Belakang : Proses menua (aging process) adalah rangkaian kumulatif dari berbagai perubahan patofisiologis yang terjadi dari waktu ke waktu pada organ tubuh dan seringkali mengakibatkan peningkatan penyakit atau kematian. diperkirakan akan ada lebih dari 80 juta orang lanjut usia yang tinggal di Indonesia saja pada tahun 2020. Cakupan pelayanan usia lanjut di wilayah kerja puskesmas durian luncuk pada tahun 2020 sangat rendah yaitu 23.2%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memiliki hubungan terhadap pemanfaatan pelayanan posyandu lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Durian Luncuk Kecamatan Batin XXIV Tahun 2022. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik porposive sampling merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu yang paling sesuai, bermanfaat dan dianggap dapat mewakili suatu populasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Analisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 43,4% responden tidak memanfaatkan posyandu lansia. Dari hasil uji bivariat didapatkan hasil pengetahuan (p-value 0,040), jarak (p-value 0,000), dukungan keluarga (p-value 0,023), dan peran kader (p-value 0,015). Kesimpulan: Adanya hubungan antara pengetahuan, jarak, dukungan keluarga, dan peran kader dengan pemanfaatan posyandu lansia diwilayah kerja puskesmas durian luncuk. Kata Kunci:Pengetahuan, jarak, dukungan keluarga, peran kader, pemanfaatan posyandu lansia. Background: the aging process is a cumulative series of various pathophysiological changes that occur from time to time in the organs of the body and often result in increased disease or death, it is estimated that there will be more than 80 milion elderly people living in indonesia alone in 2020. The coverage of elderly services in the working area of the Durian Luncuk Health Center in 2020 is very low at 23,2%. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that have a relationship with the utilization of posyandu services for the elderly in the working area of the Durian Luncuk Health Center, Batin XXIV District, in 2022. Method’s: this research is quan titative with a cross-sectional approach. Sampling using a porposive sampling technique is a sampling technique with certain consideration that are most appropriate and useful and are considered to represent a population. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Analysis using the chi-square test. Results: the results showed that 43,4% of respondents did not use the elderly posyandu. From the results of the bivariate test, the results obtained were knowledge (p-value 0,040), distance (p-value 0,000), family support (p-value 0,023), and the role of cadres (p-value 0,015). Conclusion: there is a relationship between knowledge, distance, family support, and the role of cadres with the use of the elderly posyandu in the working area of the Durian Luncuk Health Center.
