Abstract

ABSTRAK Puskesmas merupakan ujung tombak pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat salah satu upaya program Puskesmas yang kegiatannya terintegrasi adalah Perkesmas atau public health nursing. Namun program ini belum dapat terlaksana kembali dikarenakan tidak adanya buku pedoman, tidak didapatnya susunan program kerja, belum mengetahui para penanggung jawab yang terlibat dalam program dan tidak terdapatnya format asuhan keperawatan. Masalah ini akan berdampak terhadap puskesmas kinerja dan mutu penyelenggaraan puskesmas dan menghambat kenaikan akreditasi puskesmas. Penelitian menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara, Intervensi dilakukan selama 4 hari sebagai alternatif untuk pemecahan masalah program public health nursing yang tidak terlaksana ini ialah melakukan pembuatan terkait standar operasional prosedur, pembuatan rencana usulan kegiatan, membuat kerangka acuan kegiatan, membuat struktur organisasi serta pembuatan format asuhan keperawatan terkait public health nursing. Diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan dapat berguna sebagai panduan jika sewaktu-waktu program tersebut terlaksana kembali. Kata kunci: public health nursing, manajemen, program ABSTRACT Puskesmas is the spearhead of health services for the community. One of the efforts of the Puskesmas program whose activities are integrated is Perkesmas or public health nursing. However, this program has not been able to be implemented again due to the absence of a guidebook, the composition of the work program has not been obtained, the person in charge who is involved in the program is not yet known and there is no nursing care format. This problem will have an impact on the performance and quality of the implementation of puskesmas and hinder the increase in puskesmas accreditation. In research using observation and interview methods, the intervention was carried out for 4 hearts as an alternative to solving the problem of the public health nursing program that was not implemented, namely making related standard operating procedures, making proposed activity plans, making activity terms of reference, making organizational structures and making formats nursing care related to public health nursing. It is hoped that it can provide knowledge and can be useful as a guide if at any time the program is implemented again. Keywords: public health nursing, management, program
