Abstract

Laporan Kegiatan Praktek Kerja Lapangan atau magang ini berjudul "Prosedur Pelayanan Penjualan Air Melalui Mobil Tangki Pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi".Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat bahwa Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi mempunyai prosedur pelayanan penjualan air melalui mobil tangki yang harus dilalui masyarakat sehingga dapat maksimal dalam menjamin kebutuhan ketersediaan air bersih. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah secara deskriptif yaitu dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prosedur yang ada pada pelayanan penjualan air melalui mobil tangki yang telah diterapkan Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi pada dasarnya sudah tepat dan sesuai dengan prosedur operasional standar yang telah ditetapkan. Kata Kunci: Prosedur, Pelayanan, Penjualan, Air Minum,Tirta Mayang,dan Jambi rocedures Through Tank Cars at Companies Tirta Mayang Drinking Water Area, Jambi City". The purpose of this research to provide information to the public that the Company Public Water Supply Tirta Mayang, Jambi City has a procedure water sales services through tanker cars that must be passed by the community so as to maximize in guaranteeing the need for water availability clean. The method used in this research is method descriptive, namely the technique of collecting data through interviews. From the results of this study indicate that the existing procedures in the service sales of water through tankers that have been implemented by the Company Basically, the Tirta Mayang Drinking Water Area, Jambi City, has appropriate and in accordance with standard operating procedures that have been set.
