Abstract
ABSTRAK HUBUNGAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR MOTIVASI DENGAN KINERJA TENAGA KESEHATAN DI PUSKESMAS SIULAK GEDANG KECAMATAN SIULAK KABUPATEN KERINCI TAHUN 2023 Latar Belakang : Kerja merupakan tindakan yang dilakukan dan dapat menghasilkan sesuatu yang diinginkan, kegiatan kerja yang dilakukan biasanya disebut dengan kinerja. Data seluruh tenaga kesehatan di Kabupaten Kerinci tahun 2022 sebanyak 1421 orang. Tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja di Puskemas Siulak Gedang berjumlah 98 tenaga kesehatan. Permasalahan kinerja tenaga kesehatan dapat dipengaruhi oleh tinggi rendahnya motivasi yang didapat oleh tenaga kesehatan. Puskesmas Siulak Gedang Merupakan Puskesmas dengan Jumlah Pegawai terbanyak ke-2 di Kabupaten Kerinci. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 98 tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja di Puskesmas Siulak Gedang Kabupaten Kerinci dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 54 responden, pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Chi Square. Hasil Penelitian : Terdapat hubungan antara variabel gaji dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan dengan nilai P-Value = 0.039. Terdapat hubungan antara variabel status pekerjaan dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan dengan nilai P-Value = 0.039. Tidak adanya hubungan antara variabel reward and punishment dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan. Tidak adanya hubungan antara variabel supervisi dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan. Terdapat hubungan antara variabel beban kerja dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan dengan nilai P-Value = 0.046. Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan antara variabel gaji, status pekerjaan dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Siulak Gedang Kabupaten Kerinci. Tidak ada hubungan antara variabel supervisi, reward and punishment terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Siulak Gedang Kabupaten Kerinci.
