Abstract
ABSTRACT NURSING CARE FOR DIABETES MELLITUS PATIENTS WITH BED BACK TRANSFER INTERVENTION ON THE INCIDENCE OF DECUBITUS ULCERS IN THE INTERNAL ROOM OF H. ABDUL MANAP HOSPITAL JAMBI CITY Background: Decubitus is an injury caused by excessive external pressure, generally occurs in patients suffering from chronic diseases who often lie in bed for a long time. Another factor that causes the appearance of decubitus is with a long history of Diabetes Mellitus. The intervention performed for decubitus is bedriding. Lying position every 2 hours can improve blood circulation and improve the body's metabolic regulation, restore the physiological work of vital organs and accelerate wound healing. Objective: from this study is to provide Nursing Care for Diabetes Mellitus Patients with Bed back Transfer Intervention against the Incidence of Decubitus Ulcers in the Internal Room of H. Abdul Manap Hospital Jambi City. Method: the case study is used. Results: The analysis showed that there was a diagnosis of skin integrity disorders with a 3-day bedshifting intervention, it was found that after bedburning, there was a decrease in braden scale on the first day of intervention on a scale of 12 (high risk of pressure sores) after the third day of intervention with a scale of 13 (moderate risk of pressure sores). Conclusion: Bedrest can reduce and prevent decubitus. Keywords : Lay Position, Decubitus, Diabetes Mellitus ABSTRAK ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN DIABETES MELLITUS DENGAN INTERVENSI ALIH BARING TERHADAP KEJADIAN ULKUS DEKUBITUS DI RUANG INTERNE RSUD H. ABDUL MANAP KOTA JAMBI Latar belakang: Dekubitus merupakan luka yang diakibatkan oleh tekanan dari luar yang berlebih, pada umumnya terjadi pada pasien yang menderita penyakit kronik yang sering berbaring lama di tempat tidur. Faktor lain yang menyebabkan munculnya dekubitus yaitu dengan adanya riwayat Diabetes Mellitus yang lama. Intervensi yang dilakukan untuk dekubitus adalah pemberian alih baring. Alih baring yang dilakukan setiap 2 jam dapat dapat melancarkan peredaran darah serta memperbaiki pengaturan metabolisme tubuh mengembalikan kerja fisiologi organ-organ vital dan mempercepat penyembuhan luka. Tujuan: dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan Asuhan Keperawatan pada Pasien Diabetes Mellitus dengan Intervensi Alih Baring terhadap Kejadian Ulkus Dekubitus di Ruang Interne RSUD H. Abdul Manap Kota Jambi. Metode: yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Hasil: Analisis menunjukkan terdapat diagnosis gangguan integritas kulit dengan intervensi pemberian alih baring selama 3 hari didapatkan hasil bahwa setelah dilakukan alih baring terjadinya penurunan skala braden pada hari pertama intervensi dengan skala 12 (resiko tinggi terjadinya luka tekan) setelah hari ketiga intervensi dengan skala 13 (resiko sedang terjadinya luka tekan). Kesimpulan: Alih baring dapat mengurangi dan mencegah dekubitus. Kata Kunci : Alih Baring, Dekubitus, Diabetes Mellitus
