Abstract

This research aimed to find out is there any significant effect on students in eleventh graders at SMA Al-Falah Kota Jambi. This research was conducted at SMA Al-Falah kota Jambi, With the period of Experiment time in 11 january to 11 February 2023. The research data, was collected by doing the pre-test and post-test and measured using the speaking analytical scale. After the data was collected, the data analyzed by using the formula based.This study shows that eleventh graders in SMA Al-Falah jambi city experience a significant effect on their speaking skills after using the cake application. From the data obtained based on calculations using the formula, in the category of speaking skills, pronunciation is the ability that has the most impact on the use of cake application. 47.5% of the increase occurred in the pronunciation category in the experimental class. Then the skill that has the second impact after pronunciation is vocabulary with a total increase of 42.5% in the experimental class. Then the category that has an impact on students' speaking skills is fluency which is an increase of 35%. Finally, the speaking ability that has the fourth impact is grammar with an increase of 10%.
