Abstract

The purpose of this quantitative research is to find out Public Health student’ perception on blended learning in English class. The techniques of data collection for this research are collecting the data through questionnaire. The questionnaire uses to identify Public Health students’ studying English in blended learning perceptions. By collecting the data by questionnaire, researcher can obtain information about Public Health students’ studying English in blended learning perceptions. The participants were Public Health students 2021 academic year students who have taken blended learning in English class. The total number of participants were 90 students. This research utilized a quantitative descriptive method research design with a questionnaire as the data collecting technique. The questionnaire was shared online using the Google Form media platform. It can be seen of how many students answering the questionnaire positively which is divided into 4 classifications, namely online platform with 83.14% of students agree, face-to-face session with 68.33% of students agree, assessment with 87.5% of students agree, and learners’ views on blended learning in general with 81,7% students agree. The students can be prepared well to the learning while blended learning is implemented, specifically in English class. It is hoped that teachers will be able to create better blended learning experiences for students to improve their English skills using technology and improved knowledge of blended learning design in teaching English with the help of advanced technology features and better knowledge of blended learning design in teaching English.
