Abstract

This study aims to discuss Cedaw Synchronization (International Convention on the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women) on regulation of trade in children and women in Indonesia. As for the formulation of the problem in this research is: has CEDAW provided protection for the regulation of trafficking in children and women in Indonesia, what are the Indonesian regulatory policies regarding CEDAW (International Convention on The Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women) synchronization? To find out how CEDAW synchronizes with the regulation of trafficking in children and women in Indonesia. How to regulate the trafficking of children and women in Indonesia. In conducting this research, the authors used theoretical benefits, practical benefits, normative research methods by obtaining library materials through textbooks, journals and the internet, as well as using statutory approaches, conceptual approaches, historical approaches and case approaches. The results of the research show that the underlying rules for obtaining CEDAW synchronization in an international law are contained in (UNHCR).
