Kata Kunci Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar, Passing Atas bola voli, Problem Based Learning Berdasarkan fenomena yang peneliti temui dilapangan dimana passing atas yang dimiliki siswa SMK N 1 Sarolangun masih lemah. hal ini dapat dilihat dari pelaksanaannya ketika siswa melakukan pembelajaran passing atas siswa masih belum baik dan pada saat turnamen hal ini sering terjadi juga. Dapat dilihat diamana passing atas siswa masih belum sampai kepada teman dan juga teknik yang digunakan masih belum baik. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya guru atau pelatih belum memberikan latihan serta pembelajaran yang menuju peningkatan passing atas, dan kurangnya pemahaman terhadap passing atas latihan lebih diperbanyak pada latihan fisik, game dan dari data yang saya dapatkan sebelum melakukan penelitian dapat dilihat dari 30 siswa, siswa yang mendapatkan nilai KKM 11 orang dengan persentase 36%, hal ini siswa yang mendapatkan nilai terbaik tidak sampai setengah dari sampel maka peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian hasil belajar passing atas mealalui model pembelajaran problem based learning. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) menjadi top hit di lingkungan para pendidik. Jenis penelitian ini memiliki krakteristik yang berbeda dengan jenis penelitian deskriprif maupun eksperimen. Jika penelitian deskriptif bertugas memaparkan apa yang terjadi dalam objek yang diteliti, sedangkan penelitian eksperimen memaparkan sebab-akibat yang terjadi sesudah adanya perakuan maka PTK dapat dikatakan merupakan gabungan dari keduanya. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) adalah jenis penelitian yang memaparkan balik proses maupun hasil, yang vi melakukan proses penelitian tindakan kelas di kelasnya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaranya. Hasil dari analisis data dalam penelitian dapat dikethui pada pra-siklus, siswa yang tuntas nilai nya sebanyak 11 siswa (36%) dari 30 siswa, dengan nilai rata- rata 70-79 dan 80-100. Setelah dilaksanakan perbaikan pembelajaran pada siklus I, jumlah siswa yang tuntas nilai nya menjadi 13 siswa (43%) dengan nilai rata- rata 70-79 dan 80-100. Pada siklus II diketahui bahwa semua siswa berhasil tuntas nilai nya, dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata 70-79 dan 80-100. Berdasarkan pada hasil ini maka dikatakan bahwa pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) dapat menuntaskan ketuntasan hasil belajar sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Keywords Improve Learning Outcomes, Passing Over volleyball, Problem Based Learning Based on the phenomena that researchers encountered in the field where the upper passing of SMK N 1 Sarolangun students was still weak. this can be seen from the implementation when students do passing learning on students who are still not good and during tournaments this often happens too. It can be seen that the passing of students is still not up to friends and also the technique used is still not good. This is due to the lack of teachers or trainers who have not provided training and learning that leads to increased passing, and a lack of understanding of passing for training is more numerous in physical training, games and from the data I got before conducting research it can be seen from 30 students, students who received the KKM score of 11 people with a percentage of 36%, this is the student who gets the best score not up to half of the sample, so the researcher is interested in conducting research on learning outcomes of upper passing through problem-based learning models. Classroom Action Research (CAR) is a top hit among educators. This type of research has different characteristics from descriptive and experimental types of research. If descriptive research is in charge of explaining what happened in the object under study, while experimental research describes the causes and effects that occur after the treatment, PTK can be said to be a combination of the two. Classroom Action Research (CAR) is a type of research that describes the process and results behind it vi conduct a class action research process in their class to improve the quality of their learning. The results of the data analysis in the study showed that in the pre-cycle, 11 students (36%) of 30 students completed the grades, with average scores of 70-79 and 80-100. After carrying out learning improvements in cycle I, the number of students who completed their grades became 13 students (43%) with average scores of 70-79 and 80-100. In cycle II it was known that all students succeeded in completing their grades, with an average score of 70-79 and 80-100. Based on these results it is said that learning with the problem based learning (PBL) learning model can complete the learning outcomes according to what was planned.
