Abstract

Latar Belakang: Berdasarkan data Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup Dan Kehutanan Indonesia, pada tahun 2022 total produksi sampah nasional mencapai 31,1 juta ton per tahun. Menurut data timbulan sampah di provinsi sumatra barat pada tahun 2022, Kabupaten Agam menjadi penghasil sampah ketiga terbanyak yaitu 813 ribu ton/ tahun, setelah Kota Padang dan Padang Pariaman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap, dan ketersediaan sarana dengan partisipasi pedagang dalam pengelolaan sampah Pasar Inpres Padang Baru Kecamatan Lubuk Basung Tahun 2023. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pedagang yang tercatat di Kantor Pengelola Pasar Inpres Padang Baru. Pengumpulan data di lakukan pada bulan Februari- Maret 2023 dan analisis data menggunakan univariat dan bivariat. Hasil:Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan partisipasi pedagang denagn nilai p-value< alfa 0,05 (0,003). Adanya hubungan antara sikap dan partisipasi pedagang dengan nilai p-value<alfa 0,05 (0,007). Tidak ada hubungan ketersediaan sarana dengan partisipasi pedagang dalam pengelolaan sampah pasar dengan nilai p-value > 0,05 (0,173). Kesimpulan: Terdapat Hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap pedagang dengan partisipasi pedagang dalam pengelolaan sampah Pasar Inpres Padang Baru Kecamatan Lubuk Basung Tahun 2023. Kata Kunci:Pengelolaan sampah,Pengetahuan, Sikap Background : Based on data from the Indonesia Ministry of Environment and Forestry, in 2022 the skor nasional waste production will reach 31,1 million tons per year. According to data on waste generation in west Sumatra Province in 2022, Agam Regency is the third largest producer of waste, namely 813 thoursand tons/ year, after the city of Padang and the city of Padang Pariaman. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and the availability of facilities with the participation of staders in waste management at the Padang Baru Inpres Market, Lubuk Basung, District in 2023. Methods: This research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional design, the population in this study are all traders who are registered at the Padang Baru Inpres Market Management Office. Data collection wascarried out in February- March 2023 and data analysis used univariate and bivariate Results: The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and the participationof trsders with a p- value < alpha 0,05 (0,003). There is a relationship between attitudes and trader participation with a p-value < alpha 0,05 (0,007). There is no relationship between the availability of facilities and the participation of traders in market waste management with a p- value > alpha 0,05 (0,173). Conclusion: There is a relationship beteen the level of knowledge and attitudes of strader and the participation of straders in waste management at the Padang Baru Inpres Market, Lubuk Basung District in 2023.
