Abstract

ABSTRAK GAMBARAN PELAKSANAAN TIMBANG TERIMA PASIEN OLEH PERAWAT DI RUANGAN SIGMA RSJD PROVINSI JAMBI TAHUN 2023. Latar Belakang : Perawat merupakan tenaga kesehatan yang paling sering dan paling lama berinteraksi dengan klien sehingga perawat mengetahui perkembangan kondisi kesehatan klien secara menyeluruh. Peran perawat inilah yang mendorong peningkatan komunikasi yang baik antar perawat dan juga dalam meningkatkan keselamatan pasien berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia No. 1691 Tahun 2011 tentang standar keselamatan pasien. Faktor yang mempengaruhi SKP dalam menjaga dan melindungi pasien dari KNC (kejadian nyaris cidera) dan KTD (kejadian tidak diharapkan) salah satunya saat dilakukannya timbang terima. Timbang terima adalah suatu teknik serah terima informasi terkait keadaan/kondisi pasien secara singkat, dan akurat. Berdasarkan hasil observasi pada hari rabu, kamis, jumat, timbang terima dalam kategori baik dengan persentase 76% namun belum optimal dimana pada saat kegiatan timbang terima ada anggota tim yang terlambat, timbang terima hanya di nurse station, nama dokter yang bertanggung jawab, dan lama hari rawatan pasien tidak di sebutkan. Tujuan: Diketahui gambaran penerapan timbang terima pasien oleh perawat di ruangan Sigma RSJD Provinsi Jambi. Metode: metode yang digunakan study kasus dengan teknik pengambilan data observasi, wawancara dan kiusioner. Pelaksanaan: Melakukan roleplay timbang terima sesuai SPO Bersama perawat yang berdinas pagi Hasil:Timbang terima pasien oleh perawat di ruangan sigma RSJD Provinsi Jambi dalam kategori baik dengan persentase 76%. Namun belum sesuai standar sepenuhnya. Kesimpulan: Mekanisme timbang terima di ruangan Sigma RSJD Provinsi Jambi dalam kategori baik hanya saja belum dilaksanakan sesuai dengan standar sepenuhnya. Kata Kunci: Perwat, Timbang Terima. xiii ABSTRACT OVERVIEW OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PATIENT WEIGHING BY NURSES IN THE SIGMA ROOM OF RSJD JAMBI PROVINCE 2023. Background: Nurses are health workers who interact with clients most often and longest so that nurses know the development of clients' health conditions as a whole. The role of nurses is what encourages the improvement of good communication between nurses and also in improving patient safety based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 1691 of 2011 concerning patient safety standards. Factors that affect SKP in maintaining and protecting patients from KNC (near-injury) and KTD (unexpected events) are one of them during weighing. Weighing is a technique for handing over information related to the patient's condition / condition briefly, and accurately. Based on the results of observations on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, the weight received in the good category with a percentage of 76% but not optimal where at the time of the weighing activity there were team members who were late, the weight received only at the nurse station, the name of the doctor in charge, and the length of days of patient treatment was not mentioned. Objective: It is known the description of the application of patient weighing by nurses in the Sigma room of RSJD Jambi Province. Method: the method used by case studies with observation, interview and collusionary data collection techniques. Implementation: Doing a weigh-in roleplay according to SPO with nurses on duty in the morning Result: Weighing patients by nurses in the sigma room of RSJD Jambi Province in the good category with a percentage of 76%. But not yet up to full standard. Conclusion: The weighing mechanism in the Sigma room of the Jambi Province RSJD in the good category has not been implemented in accordance with full standards.
