Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self confidence dan Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan (PLP) terhadap kesiapan kerja pada mahasiswa Pendidikan 2019 universitas jambi baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan Ex-post Facto. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2019 melalui google form. Setelah angket dibagikan, data dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan aplikasi MS. Excel dan IBM SPSS Statistic 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan Self Confidence (X1) terhadap Kesiapan kerja (Y) mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi 2019 Universitaas Jambi hal tersebut berdasarkan nilai thitung 8,801 dan nilai ttabel = 1,664 atau 8,801> 1,664 . selanjutnya, terdapat pengaruh signifikan Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan (X2) terhadap kesiapan kerja (Y) mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi 2019 Universitaas Jambi hal ini berdasarkan nilai thitung 6,475 dan nilai ttabel = 1,664 atau 6,475 > 1,664. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh self confidence (X1) dan pengenalan lapangan persekolahan (X2) terhadap kesiapan kerja (Y) mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi 2019 Universitas Jambi. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil uji F nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 51,038 > 3,11. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) Sebesar 57%. Kata kunci: Self Confidence, Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan, Kesiapan Kerja Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of self-confidence and Introduction to Schooling Field (PLP) on work readiness in 2019 Jambi University Education students both partially and simultaneously. This research is a descriptive quantitative research using Ex-post Facto. This research was conducted in Economics Education Class of 2019 via google form. After the questionnaires were distributed, the data were analyzed quantitatively using the MS application. Excel and IBM SPSS Statistics 22. The results showed that there was a significant effect of self-confidence (X1) on work readiness (Y) of students of the 2019 economics education study program at Jambi University, based on a tcount value of 8.801 and a ttable value = 1.664 or 8.801> 1.664. Furthermore, there is a significant effect of Introduction to Schooling Fields (X2) on work readiness (Y) for students of the 2019 Economics Education Study Program at Jambi University, this is based on a tcount value of 6.475 and a ttable value = 1.664 or 6.475 > 1.664. Simultaneously there is the influence of self-confidence (X1) and introduction to schooling (X2) on work readiness (Y) of students of the 2019 economics education study program at the University of Jambi. This can be seen from the results of the F test, the value of Fcount > Ftable is 51.038 > 3.11.
