Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : BKKBN tahun 2020 mencatat bahwa penggunaaan MKJP di Indonesia salah satunya IUD masih sangat rendah yaitu hanya sebesar 8,5% berbanding terbalik dengan non-MKJP yang lebih tinggi penggunanya seperti suntik sebesar 72,9%. Begitu pula pengguna kontrasepsi IUD di Desa Bukit Subur pada tahun 2022 hanya sebesar 0,47%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan minat penggunaan alat kontrasepsi Intra Uterine Device (IUD) di Desa Bukit Subur. Metode : Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional.Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan simple random sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 81 wanita PUS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat yakni uji statistik Chi-Square. Hasil : Dari 81 responden yang memiliki minat rendah sebesar 54 akseptor (66,7%) dan yang memiliki minat tinggi terhadap IUD sebesar 27 akseptor (33,3%). Analisis Chi-Square menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara minat penggunaan IUD dengan pengetahuan (p-value 0,000), sikap (p-value 0,005), dukungan suami (p-value 0,018), pendidikan (p-value 0,012), peran petugas kesehatan (p-value 0,007). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara pendapatan (p-value 0,202) dan paritas (p-value 0,061) dengan minat penggunaan alat kontrasepsi IUD di Desa Bukit Subur Kecamatan Tabir Timur Tahun 2022. Kesimpulan : Variabel yang memiliki hubungan signifikan antara lain pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan suami, pendidikan, dan peran petugas kesehatan. Sementara yang tidak berhubungan yaitu pendapatan dan paritas. Untuk itu, diharapkan wanita PUS lebih terbuka saat menerima informasi dan sering membaca literasi tentang kontrasepsi IUD. Sampling using simple random sampling with a sample of 81 women couples of childbearing age. Data collection was carried out by the distribution of questionnaires and interviews. The analysis was carried out using univariate and bivariate analysis, namely the Chi-Square statistical test. Results : Of the 81 respondents who had low interest amounted to 54 acceptors (66.7%) and those who had high interest in IUDs amounted to 27 acceptors (33.3%). Chi-Square analysis showed that there was a relationship between interest in IUD use with knowledge (p-value 0.000), attitude (p-value 0.005), husband support (p-value 0.018), education (p-value 0.012), role of health workers (p-value 0.007). There is no relationship between income (p-value 0.202) and parity (p-value 0.061) with interest in IUD contraceptive use in Bukit Subur Village, East Veil District in 2022. Conclusion : Variables that have a significant relationship include knowledge, attitudes, husband support, education, and the role of health workers. While what is not related is revenue and parity. For this reason, it is expected that women couples of childbearing age are more open when receiving information and often read literacy about IUD contraception.
