Abstract
WINEKA KHOMISA, Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Gaji Karyawan (Studi Kasus Perusahaan Crumb Rubber Di PT.Hok Tong Jambi). Dibimbing oleh Bapak Dr. Ir. A. Rahman, M.S selaku pembimbing I dan pembimbing akademik serta Ibu Ir. Yusma Damayanti, M.Si selaku pembimbing II. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mendeskripsikan sistem penggajian karyawan borongan di PT.Hok Tong Jambi. 2) Menganalisis pengaruh jumlah produksi crumb rubber, upah lembur karyawan produksi, premi kehadiran karyawan, jam kerja karyawan, dan inflasi kota Jambi terhadap gaji karyawan produksi PT.Hok Tong Jambi. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Sistem penggajian karyawan borongan PT.Hok Tong Jambi yang diterapkan sudah sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah mengenai ketetapan upah minimum meskipun dengan kebijakan baru ditahun 2020 untuk meminimalisir kesalahan namun sampai tahun 2022 tetap saja masih memiliki kelemahan dalam proses pembayaran gaji karyawan. 2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi besarnya gaji karyawan produksi bagian borongan di PT.Hok Tong Jambi adalah jumlah produksi crumb rubber, upah lembur karyawan, premi kehadiran karyawan, dan jam kerja karyawan. Sedangkan inflasi kota Jambi tidak berpengaruh terhadap gaji karyawan produksi borongan. Kata Kunci : Gaji, Produksi, Crumb Rubber WINEKA KHOMISA, Analysis of Factors That Influence Salaries Employees (Case Study of Crumb Rubber Company at PT. Hok Tong Jambi). Supervised by Dr. Ir. A. Rahman, M.S as supervisor I and academic supervisor and Mrs. Ir. Yusma Damayanti, M.Si as supervisor II. This research aims to: 1) Describe the payroll system contract employee at PT. Hok Tong Jambi. 2) Analyze the effect of numbers crumb rubber production, overtime wages for production employees, attendance premiums employees, employee working hours, and Jambi city inflation towards employee salaries production of PT. Hok Tong Jambi. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The PT. Hok Tong Jambi contract employee payroll system is implemented is in accordance with government regulations regarding minimum wage provisions although with a new policy in 2020 to minimize errors However, until 2022 there will still be weaknesses in the process payment of employee salaries. 2) Factors that influence the amount of salary wholesale production employees at PT. Hok Tong Jambi are the number crumb rubber production, employee overtime wages, employee attendance premiums, and employee working hours.
