Abstract

ABSTRAK Laporan tugas akhir ini berjudul “Prosedur pengajuan kredit usaha rakyat di PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi Cabang Sutomo”. Laporan tugas akhir ini merupakan tugas akhir mahasiswa Program Diploma III Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jambi yang telah menyelesaikan praktek kerja lapangan selama 2 (dua) bulan di PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi Cabang Sutomo. Tujuan laporan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui prosedur pengajuan kredit usaha rakyat, kendala apa saja yang ditemui dan upaya apa saja yang mengatasi kendala dalam pengajuan kredit usaha rakyat di PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi Cabang Sutomo. Laporan tugas akhir ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif sebagai metode yang mendeskripsikan secara deskriptif dengan merinci secara sistematis data dari informasi yang diperoleh. Hasil dari laporan tugas akhir ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa prosedur pengajuan kredit usaha rakyat, kendala yang ditemui dalam pengajuan dan upaya apa saja untuk mengatasi kendala pengajuan KUR di PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi khususnya Cabang Sutomo. Prosedur tersebut antara lain calon nasabah menghubungi bank terkait, nasabah mengisi formulir dan menyerahkan dokumen, pengecekan BI Checking, petugas bank melakukan uji kelayakan usaha calon nasabah, keputusan pemberian kredit, dan pencairan kredit. Kendala yang ditemui antara lain nasabah memiliki riwayat pinjaman di lembaga pembiayaan lain dengan kondisi macet, dokumen-dokumen persyaratan kredit usaha rakyat tidak dapat dipenuhi oleh calon debitur, dan dokumen kepemilikan jaminan bukan atas nama calon debitur. Upaya untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut antara lain nasabah harus berusaha menyelesaikan keterlambatan atau tunggakan pinjaman sebelumnya agar statusnya kembali lancar. Calon debitur sebaiknya berkomunikasi dengan pihak PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi Cabang Sutomo dan menjelaskan situasinya. Calon debitur dapat menjelaskan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam memenuhi dokumen persyaratan. Pihak bank mungkin bersedia membantu mencari solusi alternatif atau memberikan panduan tambahan. Kepemilikan jaminan harus atas nama calon debitur, pasangan, atau orang tua. Kata Kunci: Kredit Usaha Rakyat, Pengajuan, Prosedur. ABSTRACT This final project report is entitled "Procedure for applying for people's business loans at PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank Sutomo Branch". This final project report is the final project of students of the Diploma III Accounting Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Jambi University who have completed fieldwork practice for 2 (two) months at PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank Sutomo Branch. The purpose of this final project report is to find out the procedure for applying for people's business credit, what obstacles are encountered and what efforts are overcoming obstacles in applying for people's business loans at PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank Sutomo Branch. This final project report uses qualitative data analysis as a method that describes descriptively by systematically detailing the data from the information obtained. The results of this final project report show that there are several procedures for applying for people's business loans, obstacles encountered in applying and what efforts to overcome the obstacles of applying for KUR at PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank, especially Sutomo Branch. These procedures include prospective customers contacting the relevant bank, customers filling out forms and submitting documents, checking BI Checking, bank officers conducting business feasibility tests for prospective customers, lending decisions, and credit disbursement. The obstacles encountered include customers having a history of loans at other financing institutions with bad conditions, people's business credit requirements documents cannot be fulfilled by prospective debtors, and collateral ownership documents not in the name of prospective debtors. Efforts to overcome these obstacles include customers must try to resolve previous loan delays or arrears so that their status returns smoothly. Prospective debtors should communicate with PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank Sutomo Branch and explained the situation. Prospective debtors can explain the obstacles faced in fulfilling the required documents. The bank may be willing to help find alternative solutions or provide additional guidance. Ownership of collateral must be in the name of the prospective debtor, spouse, or parents.
