Pd., M.Pd Kata Kunci: Kesiapan Guru, Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesiapan guru dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran terkait apa saja yang dilakukan dan dipersiapkan oleh guru selama proses implementasi kurikulum merdeka di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 34/I Teratai Kec. Muara Bulian Kab, Batang Hari, Provinsi Jambi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Kualitatif fenomenologi menjadi jenis pendekatan yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara (sebagai data utama) dan studi dokumen (sebagai data penunjang). Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru kelas I dan IV SDN 34/I Teratai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan guru SDN 34/I Teratai dalam mengimplementasi kurikulum merdeka dapat dilihat dari: (1) Guru berusaha memaparkan dengan maksmila terkait pemahaman tentang implementasi kurikulum merdeka mulai dari pemahaman konsep, tujuan, mekanisme dan struktur penerapan kurikulum merdeka; (2) Guru mempelajari lebih lanjut terkait persiapan dan perencanaan proses pembelajaran; (3) Tahap pelaksanaan pembelajaran, guru telah mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka sesuai dengan arahan pemerintah yakni melaksanakan pembelajaran projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi; (4) Guru melaksanakan asesmen awal, formatif dan sumatif serta mengolah penilaian tersebut untuk melihat ketercapaian pembelajaran serta dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi; dan (5) Ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana mendukung proses implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru di SDN 34/I Teratai berusaha semaksimal mungkin dalam mempersiapkan implementasi kurikulum merdeka di sekolah dasar. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memiliki manfaat bagi penelitian selanjutnya dan menjadi referensi bagi guru dan sekolah lainnya dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SD. M.Si (II) Issaura Sherly Pamela, S.Pd., M.Pd Keywords: Teacher Readiness, Implementation of Independent Curriculum This study aims to describe teacher readiness in implementing the Independent Curriculum in elementary schools. This research provides an overview of what teachers do and prepare during the process of implementing the independent curriculum in elementary schools. This research was conducted at the State Elementary School 34/I Teratai, Kec. Muara Bulian Kab, Batang Hari, Jambi Province. The research approach used is a qualitative research approach. Qualitative phenomenology is the type of approach chosen in this study. The research data were obtained through observation and interviews (as the main data) and document studies (as supporting data). The informants in this study were class I and IV teachers at SDN 34/I Teratai. The data analysis technique used in this study consisted of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this research show that the readiness of teachers at SDN 34/I Teratai in implementing the independent curriculum can be seen from: (1) The teacher tries to explain clearly the understanding of the implementation of the independent curriculum starting from understanding the concept, objectives, mechanisms and structure of implementing the independent curriculum; (2) Teachers learn more about the preparation and planning of the learning process; (3) In the learning implementation stage, the teacher has implemented the independent curriculum in accordance with government directions, namely implementing a learning project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile and differentiated learning; (4) Teachers carry out initial, formative and summative assessments and carry out these assessments to see learning achievements and use them as evaluation material; and (5) Availability of facilities and infrastructure to support the process of implementing the independent curriculum. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that teachers at SDN 34/I Teratai are trying their best to prepare for the implementation of the independent curriculum in elementary schools. It is hoped that the results of this research can have benefits for further research and become a reference for teachers and other schools in implementing the independent curriculum in elementary schools.
