Abstract
Fenologi daun merupakan fase alami pada perkembangan daun tanaman yang dikendalikan oleh faktor lingkungan. Salah satu faktor lingkungan yang mempengaruhi adalah intensitas cahaya. Terbatasnya informasi mengenai fenologi dan karakterisasi tanaman hias khususnya keladi pink symphony mengakibatkan kurangnya informasi mengenai kebutuhan lingkungan yang tepat sehingga pertumbuhan dan perkembangan daun kurang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis fase fenologi dan mengkarakterisasi morfologi daun keladi pink symphony pada intensitas cahaya berbeda, hasil penelitian dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan pengayaan pada materi praktikum struktur dan perkembangan tumbuhan berupa penuntun praktikum. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Jl. Ahmad Yani RT.15/RW.02 Perumahan Arza Griya Mandiri II Mendalo Indah, Jambi. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen RAK faktor tunggal terdiri dari 3 perlakuan (kontrol, naungan 50% dan 75%) dengan 9 pengulangan. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 27 pot tanaman keladi pink symphony dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Parameter pengamatan yaitu fase fenologi daun, karakter morfologi daun, dan faktor lingkungan. Data hasil yang diperoleh berupa data kualitatif dianalisis secara deskriptif dan data kuantitatif di analisis dengan ANOVA, apabila terdapat pengaruh terhadap parameter yang diuji maka dilakukan uji lanjut DNMRT pada taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intensitas cahaya yang berbeda berpengaruh terhadap fenologi daun keladi pink symphony pada fase daun berkembang sempurna dan daun layu. Fenologi daun keladi pink symphony tiga perlakuan menghasilkan rerata 37, 45, dan 56 hari. Karakterisasi morfologi menunjukkan rerata ukuran daun yaitu panjang 4 cm; 6 cm; 7 cm dan lebar daun 3 cm; 5cm; 5 cm. Rerata panjang tangkai daun 5 cm; 11 cm; 14 cm dan diameter tangkai daun 0,151 cm; 0,209 cm; 0,255 cm. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah intensitas cahaya berbeda akibat naungan berpengaruh terhadap fenologi dan karakter morfologi daun keladi pink symphony. Naungan paranet paling optimal yaitu paranet kerapatan 75%. Leaf phenology is a natural phase in plant leaf development that is controlled by environmental factors. One of the influencing environmental factors is light intensity. Limited information regarding the phenology and characteristics of ornamental plants, especially the pink symphony caladium, has resulted in a lack of information regarding appropriate environmental requirements so that leaf growth and development is less than optimal. This research aims to analyze the phenological phases and characterize the morphology of pink symphony taro leaves at different light intensities. The results of the research are used as enrichment material for practical material on plant structure and development in the form of a practical guide. The research was carried out on Jl. Ahmad Yani RT.15/RW.02 Arza Griya Mandiri II Mendalo Indah Housing, Jambi. This research is a single factor RAK experiment consisting of 3 treatments (control, 50% and 75% shade) with 9 repetitions. The samples used were 27 pots of pink symphony taro plants using a purposive sampling technique. The observation parameters are leaf phenology phase, leaf morphology characters, and environmental factors. The resulting data obtained in the form of qualitative data was analyzed descriptively and quantitative data was analyzed using ANOVA. If there was an influence on the parameters tested then a further DNMRT test was carried out at a confidence level of 95%. The results showed that different light intensities affected the phenology of pink symphony taro leaves in the fully developed and wilted leaf phases. The phenology of pink symphony taro leaves from three treatments produced an average of 37, 45 and 56 days. Morphological characterization shows that the average leaf size is 4 cm long; 6cm; 7 cm and leaf width 3 cm; 5cm; 5 cm. The average length of the leaf stalk is 5 cm; 11cm; 14 cm and petiole diameter 0.151 cm; 0.209 cm; 0.255 cm. The conclusion of this research is that different light intensities due to shading affect the phenology and morphological characteristics of pink symphony taro leaves. The most optimal paranet shade is 75% density paranet.
