Abstract
ABSTRACT Background: There are still inactive posyandu, even though posyandu is the main factor in reducing maternal mortality. Aspects of cadre activity studied using qualitative methods using in-depth interview data collection techniques at Posyandu Sei Murak and Posyandu Dahlia include knowledge, the role of health workers, the role of stakeholders and facilities and infrastructure. The aim of this research is to describe the activeness factors of Posyandu Cadres at the Pematang Kandis Community Health Center in 2023 Method: This research uses a qualitative research type using observation data collection methods and in-depth interviews. The research subjects were 13 people, 9 were key informants and 4 others were supporting informants. Data analysis uses interactive methods from which conclusions can later be drawn from the results of the research that has been carried out. Results: The knowledge of Dahlia posyandu cadres is quite good according to the interview results obtained, while Sei Murak Posyandu is still not good. The role of the Posyandu Dahlia Stakeholder is quite good, but the Posyandu Sei Murak Stakeholder is still not enthusiastic about monitoring the posyandu. The role of Puskesmas officers is quite good in providing training and knowledge to cadres. In terms of facilities and infrastructure, there are still differences between Posyandu Dahlia and Sei Murak. Conclusion: The knowledge of Posyandu Dahlia cadres is quite good, while Posyandu Sei Murak is still not good so it needs cadre development, while the role of Posyandu Dahlia stakeholders is quite good by providing material assistance and incentives, but Posyandu Sei Murak stakeholders are still not enthusiastic about carrying out monitoring. Puskesmas officers are good enough at providing training and knowledge to cadres. In terms of facilities and infrastructure, there are still differences between Posyandu Dahlia and Sei Murak. Keywords: Posyandu, Posyandu Cadres, Active Cadres ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Masih terdapat posyandu yang tidak aktif, padahal posyandu menjadi faktor utama untuk menurunkan angka kematian ibu. Aspek Keaktifan Kader yang diteliti dengan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam di Posyandu Sei Murak dan Posyandu Dahlia meliputi Pengetahuan, Peran Tenaga Kesehatan, Peran Stakeholder dan sarana serta prasarana. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan faktor keaktifan Kader Posyandu di Puskesmas Pematang Kandis Tahun 2023 Metode: Penelitian ini memakai tipe penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode pengumpulan data observasi serta wawancara mendalam. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 13 orang, 9 orang informan kunci dan 4 lainnya merupakan informan pendukung. Analisis data menggunakan metode interaktif yang nantinya dapat ditarik kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan. Hasil: Pengetahuan kader posyandu Dahlia sudah cukup baik dengan hasil wawancara yang diperoleh, sedangkan Posyandu Sei Murak masih kurang baik. Peran Stakeholder Posyandu Dahlia sudah cukup baik, akan tetapi Stakeholder Posyandu Sei Murak masih belum antusias untuk memonitoring posyandu. Peran petugas Puskesmas sudah cukup baik dalam memberikan pelatihan serta pengetahuan kepada kader. Untuk sarana dan prasarana masih terdapat perbedaan antara Posyandu Dahlia dan Sei Murak. Kesimpulan: Untuk pengetahuan kader Posyandu Dahlia sudah cukup baik, sedangkan Posyandu Sei Murak masih kurang baik sehingga butuh pembinaan kader, sedangkan untuk peran stakeholder Posyandu Dahlia sudah cukup baik dengan memberikan bantuan material dan insentif, namun stakeholder Posyandu Sei Murak masih tidak antusiasnya stakeholder untuk melakukan monitoring. Untuk petugas puskesmas sudah cukup baik dalam memberikan pelatihan serta pengetahuan kepada kader. Untuk sarana dan prasarana masih terdapat perbedaan antara Posyandu Dahlia dan Sei Murak.
