Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mendeskripsikan gambaran produksi keripik pisang pada agroindustri skala kecil dan skala mikro 2) Menganalisis perhitungan harga pokok produksi keripik pisang pada agroindustri skala kecil dan skala mikro, 3) Menganalisis perbandingan harga pokok produksi keripik pisang antara agroindustri skala kecil dan skala mikro. Data ini dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode analisis data menggunakan perhitungan full costing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) agroindustri skala kecil Darma Jaya beralamat di Perum Kopi Jaya Pal Merah Kota Jambi berdiri sejak tahun 2007 dengan kapsistas produksi 200-1.500 kg/produksi. Sedangkan agroindustri skala mikro Virgi beralamat di Jalan Bangau 4 Tambak Sari Kota Jambi berdiri sejak tahun 2010 dengan kapsitas produksinya 20-150 kg/produksi. 2) Harga pokok produksi keripik pisang menurut perhitungan agroindustri Darma Jaya adalah Rp. 5.703,94/100gram dan menurut agroindustri Virgi adalah Rp. 7.982,73/100gram. Sedangkan harga pokok produksi keripik pisang menurut teori akuntansi biaya menggunakan metode full costing pada agroindustri Darma Jaya adalah Rp. 6.372,72 dan pada agroindustri Virgi adalah Rp. 8.548,74. Penetapan harga jual menggunakan metode cost plus pricing pada agroindustri Darma Jaya adalah Rp. 10.500, sedangkan pada agroindustri Virgi adalah Rp. 12.000 3) Berdasarkan hasil perbandingan harga pokok produksi diketahui terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara harga pokok produksi pada agroindustri berskala kecil dengan agroindustri berskala mikro, dimana agroindustri dengan skala kecil yaitu Darma Jaya memiliki harga pokok produksi yang lebih rendah dibanding agroindustri Virgi. This data was analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The data analysis method uses full costing calculations. The results showed that 1) Darma Jaya small-scale agro-industry located at Perum Kopi Jaya Pal Merah Jambi City was established in 2007 with a production capacity of 200-1,500 kg / production. While Virgi's micro-scale agro-industry is located at Jalan Bangau 4 Tambak Sari Jambi City since 2010 with a production capacity of 20-150 kg / production. 2) The cost of production of banana chips according to the calculation of Darma Jaya agro-industry is Rp. 5,703.94/100gram and according to Virgi agro-industry is Rp. 7,982.73/100gram. While the cost of production of banana chips according to cost accounting theory using the full costing method at Darma Jaya agro-industry is Rp. 6,372.72 and at Virgi agro-industry is Rp. 8,548.74. Determination of selling price using the cost plus pricing method at Darma Jaya agro-industry is Rp. 10,500, while at Virgi agro-industry is Rp. 12,000 3). Based on the results of the comparison of the cost of production, it is known that there is a significant difference between the cost of production in agroindustry.
